The range of options and choices was good, but I was very disappointed that I couldn’t arrange for the flowers and additional items (chocolates and a personalised card) to be delivered together. This caused confusion for the recipient, as the flowers arrived separately without any indication of who they were from. I ordered through Moonpig from Australia, so the lack of sender information on the Flowers Box delivery made the experience even more confusing. Unfortunately, this let the overall service down. 2 stars.
