I have been shopping at the Crystal shop in Romsey for many years prior to it becoming moonstone I’ve been part of the loyalty program where money is spent to obtain stamps that you can redeem when the card is full. You have to spend at least £90 or over to get a full stamp card. I shop regularly at moonstone but just lately they have decided to change their loyalty card program without letting anybody know. I recently purchased some goods in the shop for £44. I had a loyalty card that was full which gave me a discount of £10 leaving me £33 to pay, it was at that time I was told by the owner of the shop Chantelle that I was not entitled to any stamps on my new card because I had used my loyalty card which I had already spent over £90 to get filled with stamps. Having contacted them about the issue to to which they decided not to rectify I now Sadly I have to leave very negative feedback for them. I I want to make people aware of this because there is no signage to say this is what they’re doing and there is nothing on their website to say this is what is happening, I want to make everybody aware of this although haven’t spoken to several people it appears it hasn’t happened to anybody else. if this is something they are putting in a policy then they need to make it known to customers who are spending un their shop. Had I realised they were gonna do this, I would’ve bought one item separately for £10 and then I would’ve bought my further items separately so I would’ve got the stamps on my card.
Please just be aware of this when you are wanting to use your loyalty card and assuming if they do gift vouchers, it would be the same policy as that would also classify as a discount very disappointed as this was handled. I replied to the email given to me which sadly the owner did not reply to.

Wonderful shop with a huge array of crystals and the knowledge to go with it. They are so friendly and helpful plus very reasonably priced including the courses they put on. If they haven't got what youre looking for they will also source it for you.

Singing bowls are brilliant and it’s a great relaxing session love how it cleanse through all your chakras and balances your stress levels out so much so that it clears all of the pains in my head I have had a really stressful time these passed few years and it’s really helped release and destress all my stress and depression and anxiety thanks guys !!!

I really enjoyed the Rahanni healing workshop at the Moonstone shop in Romsey. I have been to the last 2 workshops with Zara who runs the workshops. It was lovely morning spent with other ladies who joined in the workshop. I enjoyed the Rahanni healing and the mini sound bath was really relaxing and calming. Zara is a wonderful healer and made the whole experience enjoyable. She made some lovely sweet treats and gave us each a baby spider plant, incense sticks and moon water to take home in a jar. I highly recommend these wonderful workshops.
