Recently ordered a large amount of carpet for a whole house renovation. Each piece of carpet came cut exactly to size, well packaged, with great communication from the team throughout regarding delivery which only took a week from ordering. Highly recommend

Bought from this company as price was 35% cheaper than my local supplier! Also, they sent a sample, and my phone call was dealt with efficiently and clearly. my order was delivered promply and the carpet - laid yesterday - looks lovely. Am really pleased with the service. Many thanks.

Really helpful when ordering online and able to advise date for delivery. Carpet delivery team also excellent. Would definitely use again

Recently ordered two pieces of carpet and underlay at very competitive prices.
I have to say the service was fantastic. Ordered Friday lunchtime and available for delivery the following Tuesday.

Knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and well priced

Recently purchased Abingdon Satin Touch Calico. From start to finish the staff have been so helpful and even put my mind at rest assuring me the carpets were not seconds, I only questioned this after finding the carpet £8sqmt cheaper, so I naturally assumed it would be seconds. Carpet arrived on time and well packaged. Today our carpet fitter fitted the carpet and I am over the moon. So today I had a live chat with Mel to arrange ordering carpet for our lounge, Mel has been so helpful and advised I order samples. Once these arrive we will most definitely ordering the lounge carpet from Morgan & Quinn, overall great customer service and massive savings for us, thank you team!

Really great support and at such a good price.

Juliet was particularly helpful.

The whole team at Morgan and Quinn were lovely but in particular Mel. I made a mistake with my order and she helped sort it out with minimal fuss.

Great customer service from Mel - with incredible savings made from identical carpet we’d had a quote from Tapi - will definitely be back.

Excellent and efficient service and great price too. Super helpful when there was an issue with the carpet and coordinated with the manufacturer to secure a replacement. Would definitely use again.

The carpet was good value and the online ordering process was simple.

My carpet was a very good price, delivered quickly.

I had been trying to find some discontinued Karndean flooring to lay the same in my kitchen, but it’s discontinued. I tried many suppliers without success, but Mel thought she might have some. True to her word she rang me back and said they had one box and a few extra planks which she wouldn’t charge me for. Excellent customer service and a very grateful customer. The flooring arrived in a few days.

Mel was fantastic to deal with, any queries and questions were answered quickly, great customer service

Very good customer service. They informed me in each step of my purchase. Good price as well.

Great prices and quick delivery, very happy with the service received from Morgan and Quinn.

Excellent quality at a reasonable price. Delivered when promised.

This is the second time I have used Morgan and Quinn and both experiences have been first class from the very first telephone call to delivery.
Mel was so helpful and all was arranged with first class service, when the time comes I shall definitely be in touch with them again.
The delivery driver was very efficient, overall a first class service.
Of course the carpet is lovely, what a shame that carpet fitters are at a premium but I was very fortunate that a local company came to the rescue.
Thank you Morgan and Quinn.

Great service from start to finish, thankyou.
