We took equity release to for a deposit for our children. Richard Wylder guided as throughout and was consistently professional, prompt and supportive. His knowledge of the market was superb and proved invaluable in identifying the best product. We could not have asked for or found a better service and we can highly recommend this company.

Tom Evans Mortgage Consultant made the whole process seamless, I did try other companies but it all sounded so complex with too much paper work. Tom simplified everything and by comparison with other broking companies he managed to find the most economical deal.

I contacted the ERM Partnership and was passed to Mr Richard Wylder who guided me through the entire Process. Mr Wylder answered all my queries and concerns, empathetically guiding and advising me where appropriate, extremely professionally. All costs were paid by ERM and the entire Process took about six weeks from my first contact with Mr Wylder to Completion and receiving the Mortgage offer.

The quote was sent by Tom the next day for equity release , we had a stumbling block by the lender after the house was valued but Tom still made sure our application went through he didnt give up with the lender .
In a matter of a few weeks it was all sorted and we are now awaiting our cheque.

Equity Release, was never a consideration, (historic negative press), but as a widow and a pensioner, retiring from my own business was not possible as I was tied to a commercial mortgage.
I read an article and suddenly there was a way to forward. I found Equity Release Partnership, and Richard Wylder.
My affairs were complex, but Richard never gave up. I was able to phone and email, and found not just a professional at the end of the phone but a friend. From finding the right product, through to a valuation, to appointing a solicitor, he shouldered all the stress.
Financially Equity Release Partnership did not charge a penny, unlike other companies.
With Richards support, in my 70's I can finally retire from my business, and not worry about rising interest rates. Yes, there is cumulative interest, which can be reduced, by personal choice. Converting some of the bricks and mortar into cash has taken away the stress of rising costs, and reduced my eventual inheritance tax.
My one regret was not taking out equity release sooner, but the journey with Richard was positive and should I sell my property, he will be there to support me to port the product. Thank you Richard.
