Ronnie Williamson has been outstanding dealing with our mortgage matter. He is so dedicated in doing his job by giving us his precious time to explain in details of every questions we asked. I honestly couldn’t recommend Mortgage Matters more. Lisa Young in particular. Lisa was outstanding in every aspect. Very respectful and easy to talk to. She explained everything fantastically. She worked extremely hard in getting quotes and a dealing with insurance companies so we didn’t have to. We weren’t sure if we would be able to get the insurance we required but because Lisa is so knowledgeable so spoke with the underwriters and explained our situation. In doing so and going the extra mile she ended up securing the quote and also getting it cheaper for us. We wouldn’t have got this on our own and Lisa deserves more than just a well done. We couldn’t thank her enough for all the hard work and patience she put in. Lisa is the first person I will go to for any assistance we require to do with our mortgage and life insurance. My sisters mortgage broker is Ben, at her first meeting he was great and after having a poor credit score was able to get a mortgage in Principal, excellent. With selling parents house she found an ex rental that was perfect, this was back in January. After that it all went downhill, she heard nothing for weeks and constantly chased getting nothing, then had to change solicitors, which went well, a bump but fine. it’s April and still very little communication from the broker. The seller has been threatening to put it back on the market several times. She’s been in trouble with work trying to get answers and sitting in a hotel now 1 month after the sale of our parents house, there are still 5 outstanding actions she’s been told today!!! Why has she been ignored, is there no one at the branch, she’s spending hundreds on hotel rooms, and now we have a deadline of Wednesday!! Then the property is gone and totally don’t blame them at all. This was meant to be pretty straightforward zero chain, If this falls through which is pretty likely now. She may be homeless and jobless too!! I just hope she gets some compensation, as extremely disappointing and if I could would score -5.
