I completed my Sports Massage course with Motion Fitness Education and had a fantastic experience. Blair was a superb, encouraging tutor who made the learning environment relaxed, supportive and really engaging. I also met a great crowd of people along the way, which made the whole course even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be booking more courses with Motion Fitness Education in the future!

I recently completed the Level 3 diploma in Yoga teaching course and it was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. Lisa was incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely passionate about sharing her wisdom. Lisa created a learning environment that felt both professional and deeply nurturing.

What stood out most was the wonderfully welcoming atmosphere. From day one, I felt encouraged, supported, and part of a community. Lisa ensured everyone felt confident and capable as they developed their practice and teaching skills.

This training exceeded my expectations in every way. I’m leaving not only with a strong foundation in yoga, but also with lasting friendships and a deeper connection to my practice. I would highly recommend this program to anyone considering getting their Level 3 Diploma in Yoga teaching.

I cannot recommend the team at MFE enough! They’re always on hand to provide any support or answer any questions, and nothing is ever too much trouble. The content is fantastic, everything is super clear and easy to understand, it made the full learning experience enjoyable!

Blair was a very down to earth and helpful teacher/instructor. Practical sessions were engaging, insightful and enjoyable. The whole process of getting the level 3 sports massage certificate was as enjoyable as it was educational.

The support I received throughout was second to none and never felt like I was being a burden whenever I had a question. Blair was incredible from start to finish. He was supportive and went at the pace of the learners. If there was anything they were more interested in or wanted to focus on he would alter the content to suit this too!

Have just finished the Level 3 Sports Massage course with Ryan. The course has greatly increased my knowledge and was really enjoyable. I found the course organisation to be professional and the material for the course was comprehensive. Ryan was approachable, knowledgeable and made the course fun. Highly recommended if you’re interested in improving your massage skills.

Blair at MFE was absolutely fantastic, he was so supportive all the way through my level 3 sports massage. The course and training is of the highest standard. I would highly recommend enrolling in any of their courses. I have 2 more to do and I am looking forward to both.

L3 Pilates with Kate. From discussing the course with the director Chris, and to being on the course with tutor Kate, everything’s been great. Any issues both Kate and Chris are on hand to help and support. LAPs are given great feedback making it really easy to understand where I need improvements. Thanks MFE

I had an excellent time on the Level 3 Pilates course with MF. It was so much fun participating and learning about Pilates, which is a credit to the Tutor. I highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to teach Mat Pilates.

I had to complete a level 2 Anatomy Physiology and Health Bridge course to allow me to continue to teach dance classes .
From the moment of getting in touch with Chris the Director of the company , he really supported me through the whole journey and could not have been more helpful.
He replied to any questions asked promptly, and often out with working hours.
He clearly works very hard to build the reputation of the company and I would thoroughly recommend his company for courses and support .
