We can assure you we do take pride in our customer service as we have a lot of repeat customers. This is reflected on our Ebay shop where over the last 12 Months we have 823 Positive Feedbacks & only 4 Negative that were predominately for reasons out of our control.

Not sure what you meant by Spotify shop ? If you mean Shopify 1000's of business use Shopify to host their online shop but have opted to have their own web address showing in the https:// bar.

We don't understand your ''no corporate entity, they have an @AOL email''
AOL were one of the first internet providers for Emails starting in 1985. We have used them since 1991 with no issues.

Also don't understand how you concluded that we don't even have a working website when you purchased the item from it and received it tracked and signed for before the estimated delivery date.

I think it only fair we post the messages between ourselves so people can draw their own conclusions:-

Dear Sirs

I have today received the aforementioned item as per the order number in the Subject line above. Having examined the content it appears to be missing some components namely the securing bolts that holds the modification to the rear of clocks. I assume there were supposed to be some sort of replacement bolts included as the ones I have taken out are far too short.

Unfortunately, I have had to obtain an alternative solution as I am going away and needed to get a telephone holder and have now purchased a handlebar iPhone holder. Consequently, I would respectfully request a return label in for me to return the incomplete item sent.

Sorry to hear you have a problem.
The Bolts Reference AA & BB from the contents list would have been included in the kit as we make a secondary check on the contents before we send any Sat Nav Mount Kits out, first check done by Evotech Performance (The manufacture) whom we buy directly from.

Would you mind checking all the packaging. If you would like to still return the mount kit for a refund that is fine.

Thank you for reply. It’s really quite simple, there is a cardboard box and one brown envelope.

The mechanic who was fitting at my house showed me the rear of the clock and the hex he took out and he couldn’t understand how the new bracket could possibly fit as the hex bolts were now far too short.

It wasn’t until he went to I think Google and discovered somehow that the kit should come with longer hex bolts which we couldn’t find in envelope or box.

He even contacted Triumph and they advised that there was no such part.

Thank for the return confirmation, but there is no return label attached to your email.

Can you send this and I will return it today please.

Triumph would have advised there was no such part as it would be an Evotech part not Triumph.

I maybe wrongly assuming your Mechanic / Technician is not familiar with the Motorcycle trade, as they would know Triumph would only supply parts for their own range of accessories and not for other Brands of accessories.
