Having turned up without warning today…

Having turned up without warning today with a noise coming from the back of my Bayon within 15 minutes someone came for a test drive with me, when we got back they said it was booked in for Tuesday to be investigated , Then they took it into the workshop there and the and bought it back to me all fixed Just have to say a big thanks to all involved and cannot praise the service highly enough . Not for the first time have i experienced first class customer service at Motorfair. Richard

Motorfair lived up to their name - I was given a very fair deal

The staff at Motorfair (220 The Radleys, Birmingham) were consistently polite, friendly, and welcoming throughout our visits. The building itself was spotless and well laid out, and we were offered hot drinks each time we came in, which added a nice touch.
Our salesman, Thomas Foxon, handled the purchase of our Hyundai i20 1.0 T‑GDi 100ps Tech Line 5‑door hatchback. He came across with real integrity—friendly, engaging, and genuinely sincere. The entire experience was smooth, pressure‑free, and never rushed. Everything was explained clearly, with each document talked through to ensure we fully understood what we were signing.
The process felt more like a relaxed conversation among friends than a typical sales interaction. Tom demonstrated strong product knowledge and answered every question precisely. He listened carefully to what we needed and put together an option that suited us perfectly.
We felt the deal offered genuine value, and the vehicle itself has exceeded our expectations. Everything was completed promptly, and we were able to take ownership within seven days—again, quicker than expected.
After collecting the car, I encountered a minor software issue. Tom responded quickly, and the problem was resolved within an hour, which reinforced the impression that the dealership operates efficiently and that nothing is too much trouble.
I’ve now owned the vehicle for three days and couldn’t be more pleased. It handles beautifully and is a real pleasure to drive.
Overall, the experience has been faultless. I would not hesitate to recommend both the dealership and Tom to friends and family.
