Chloe is a real asset to motorpoint and I have used motorpoint for my last 4 cars mainly using the Sheffield branch,but Chloe and the Derby branch are fantastic and a real pleasure to deal with. The only reason for not scoring Motorpoint 5 out of 5 was a small chip on windscreen which was refused to repair due to "too small and insignificant" to repair & now I have to sort it out myself 👎

Initial contact and information great. Once home with car found owners manual and service log missing and to be honest only one member of staff seemed interested enough to try to help. Called in to sales room and staff there made it plainly obvious that he could be bothered.

Staff as always super kind and friendly and willing to sit and make sure everything goes smoothly. Service as always was great. Corey really made the experience as easy as possible willing to go the extra mile, nothing was too much for him. Fantastic person, all other staff were very polite and accommodating also.
