Chris was very good at knowing what we wanted, we had a problems with one of the stores and Chris from the call centre helped us out over the phone and did all he good to help and got the car transferred to Widnes. Pleased with my new car and the trade in experience. Helpful sales guy took me for a test drive and answered my questions. A quick and straightforward process. There was some service paperwork not with the car, that motorpoint couldn't supply, but I was able to get copies of this from the original main dealer.
