Motorpoint - Widnes Bewertungen 

Purchased a Ford Focus ST from here in April 2025. Have noticed paint discolouration, pealing off, my parking sensor not holding onto the bumper correctly, did a HPI check and found that the car was involved in an accident in 2022 which they failed to inform me of so the repair work was pretty much ‘bodged’. Motorpoint are now refusing to sort this issue out. I have now contacted Motor Ombudsman for their input!! Feel massively let down by motorpoint and will never been returning as a future customer.

First time I've used Motorpoint as I've always used Ford dealers, found staff accommodating and helpful, car I liked was in Stockton and at first the price for my car was far less than quoting on line, salesman agreed car was in excellent condition, walked away and offer was improved and a deal was eventually struck. I dealt with Luke who was very helpful with any questions I had and when I picked up car his colleague who showed me the car was very good also. Had a problem with paying using card as the company don't use and I wasn't informed and had a return journey home to use on line banking, sorted and picked up car, however the experience I received was between 4 and 5 stars and would recommend using Motorpoint, my son was alongside and hopes to use Motorpoint next time, happy with car, would use again

Salesman was lovely- very helpful and knowledgable. There was no pressure to buy a vehicle- we were given the keys and left to have a good look on our own.

Car was dirty when arrived so had to wait for it to be washed. Car wasn’t charged ready to take away so had to come back later to collect so could be charged. This is my third vehicle from motorpoint and I must say I was disappointed compared to previous visits. However, I love my new car

From the moment we walked into the Showroom we were met by a salesman George, who pointed us in the right direction to look at specific cars. Although we saw a car we liked it wasn’t the right colour. We saw a car at Coventry depot which they had it brought over to the Widnes depot. Having looked round the car we decided to buy. The process was made smooth by George talking us through the steps. It was really good experience and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Lots of choice and priced very reasonable. Handover was done by Kelly.

The team they have there were brilliant from start to finish. There was never any pressure to buy and Jamie was especially excellent in dealing with my new purchase. I would definitely but from them again 10/10

I liked the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They made you feel relaxed whilst explaining the sale of their cars. Motorpoint itself acts in an exemplary manner, and the pays attention to the price of their vehicles.

We bought a Nissan quashquai on the 13th of Feb and we gave them our 2022 mokka as part-ex the dopey young salesman’s attitude was probably the worst I’ve ever encountered he went and viewed the mokka while me and the wife had a dodgy coffee he came back after 5 mins and you guessed it said we’re adding £250 to the deal as we have noticed a mark on the paintwork that has been polished over he said take it or leave it he was so rude only because my wife liked the quashquai we went ahead with the deal we were even persuaded to pay an extra £199 was 6 months warranty probably not worth a carrot we only got round the corner and warning lights came on saying the 2 fob keys needed new batteries and the tyres were just about passable I’m telling everyone now do not go to motorpoint in Widnes there crooks and just want your money and the oddball who was supposed to be looking after us was on solvents totally bad experience all round felt very unwelcome honestly go elsewhere for your new car they don’t check your new car over they just sell it on to you and once you sign they don’t want to know you, thieving low lifes

Left my car with you on Sunday after getting a valuation. Was advised we would have to leave it overnight to be inspected. We have chased but still no update? All we want is to know when to come in to pay the difference and complete the sale of my vehicle.

I went into motorpoint looking for a puma. I entered motorpoint and Thomas approached very friendly and offered his help. I told him I wanted to view a Ford puma. He then got the keys and I had a look. Afterwards he went through some numbers very clearly and helpful. I went away and spoke with my mum. Decided I wanted to go ahead with the car contacted Tom and he got the ball rolling quickly which was perfect. He sorted all the documents, info and finance very quickly. Making the process very easy and comfortable. He also helped me with trading my car in and made that whole process easy for me too.
I picked the puma up and I’ve been made up with it since.
Thomas was brilliant and would advise anyone who goes Widnes motorpoint to go with Tom.
