Hey Alex, sorry you feel that way. I looked up your order and it took 15 days to deliver after being printed. We average 10 days so it was a little longer than usual but that is sadly out of our hands.
If you have an issue with the quality please contact us so we can correct it, we produce high quality prints on high quality material so if you received something subpar we would love to fix that and correct our internal procedure that missed that on the way out.

Surprised it's as good as it is..honestly
I was super surprised my Game Pad turned out as cool as it did.. the print quality is awesome, the sewed edging is quality.. well done.. plus even though it came from Asia, it didnt take as long as I thought it would. Bonus.

I believe their mousepads and other products to be very high quality. I really enjoyed all of the options that I could choose from. Really overall I had a really enjoyable experience.

Great customer service.
Although my order was damaged in transit it was obvious that the pad was high quality and looked exactly as advertised. When i contacted the company to let them know it was damaged I received and email back very promptly appologizing for the damage and they took care of me that day. Great customer service, and great product, what more could you ask for.

Really nice but misleading
Good quality and really nice feeling mousepad, BUT, the "waterproof" is false and misleading because it isn't actually waterproof, meaning it doesn't reflect water

Thank you for the feedback Quinn! Maybe we need to find a better word for that feature. It is waterproof in the way that water does not damage it, you can wash it in the washing machine. The breathable cloth is not 'water repellent' but it is waterproof

Hi Teresa, Please reach out to us via the website or Etsy if you have any issues. I just checked your order and you placed the order Dec 11, it was printed then shipped the very next day on Dec 12. According to your shipping tracking it was marked as "Your package has been delivered to the designated pick-up point. Please collect it as soon as possible. Dec 21, 15:04 AWST" So, this was printed and shipped within 24hrs and then delivered in 9-10 days. Please check your local post office for the package.
