We had one of the best experiences we've ever had with a removals company. As everyone knows, moving home can be incredibly stressful, but thanks to Stratos and Kaycee, my wife and I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process. They were friendly, professional, and impressively strong — we didn't have to lift a finger. Everything was handled with care and efficiency, and their positive attitude made a big difference on the day.

The only minor issue was that some of our furniture was dragged around inside the van, which we’ve already shared with them directly as feedback. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall excellent service we received.

I had a great experience with this moving company. The communication was outstanding and they were flexible in helping me move at a date that was convenient for me. They were very friendly and professional - can’t recommend them enough!

It was outstanding service from start to finish. Absolutely five star! As my moving was under special condition, I had to reschedule multiple times and available time slot was limited. These guys were very supportive and understood my situation. On the moving day, they came even 10 mins earlier and finished 45 min earlier. When they brought staff in and out, they greatly paid attention to details and organized very well. I've never seen such a beautiful loading in a van. These guys are very friendly and skilful. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Moveupnow helped us move from Didcot to Edinburgh. Even though it was a long way and required moving a whole house worths of stuff up 3 flights of stairs, Stratos and Valerios were unbelievable - hard working, professional, efficient, and lovely. We honestly couldn't recommend their services enough and we'd use them every time if we could. 100% go for these guys if you're moving!

Hired Moveupnow for a move from a one bed flat to a house in Newbury.Valerios and Kaycee were my movers and they arrived on time, were polite, efficient and respectful of my furniture.
They moved a particularly heavy and awkward sofa down three flights of stairs with no fuss at all.

Stratos and his team made it all seem so easy! Polite, calm and professional. They just got on with the job.. They moved my elderly parents from a 4 bed house and unloaded their stuff into a storage unit we had booked. Excellent service! We hired a van+1 man for only a few items and everything went really smooth. It was quick and very cheap compare to other quotes we had been given. Not only that but both Stratos with the arrangements and Valerios physically helping us were really nice and made all the process really easy. If we ever need to move again we know who to contact. 100% recommended!

Excellent service both for packing and moving. They disassembled large furniture only when needed and reassembled it at the other end. Everything on time and as per the quote. Friendly too. I definitely recommend them.
