Good service with minor room for improvement
I recently used Movers in Orlando for my relocation from Tampa to Jacksonville, and overall, I had a positive experience. The booking process was straightforward, and the customer service team was responsive to my questions. The moving crew arrived on time and worked efficiently throughout the day.
The team handled most of my belongings with care, and nothing was damaged during the move. They were professional and respectful, which I really appreciated. The pricing was fair and transparent - no hidden fees or surprises at the end.
However, there were a couple of minor issues. The move took slightly longer than initially estimated, which caused a bit of a delay in my schedule. Also, while most items were handled carefully, I noticed that a few boxes weren't packed as securely in the truck as I would have liked.
Despite these small concerns, I would still recommend this company to others looking for reliable movers in Florida. They did a good job overall, and the price was competitive. With a bit more attention to time management and packing organization, they could easily be a 5-star service.
