Monuvo acted as the estate agent for my house purchase. From the first viewing they were great, easy to get a hold of and very accommodating of schedule for getting things booked in.

Oliva was the main agent managing my case and to say she went above and beyond would be an understatement. The property in question came with a number of challenges revolving around the lease hold which meant there were multiple parties that's needed chasing to get things in line. Oliva worked terilessly in chasing things up and getting things done. I never struggled to get in touch when I needed to and never felt like I was being left out of the loop. I couldn't possibly have asked for more from her. I would absolutely recommend this service
