Website was easy to use, checkout was smooth, and the delivery came with no delays. Most importantly, the product was exactly as described — very good quality and neatly packaged. This is how online shopping should be.
Placed my order on a Monday, received it by Thursday. That was a great surprise. The product feels solid, no cheap stitching or weird smells like some other places. Will definitely order again.

Do not buy from Mporium de Luxe. The item I received looked nothing like the pictures on the website. When I returned it, they refused to refund me. This is not a trustworthy store be careful, I personally had a very bad experience.

Hi Serena,
PayPal refunded you and there no instruction to us from PayPal to refund you. It was made known to you to liaise with PayPal as you opened a case with them. Once we have been told by them and yourself that you have been refunded by PayPal then no further action is required by us. If what you are saying is true out of the 1000+ orders we’ve received I would imagine there would be other reviews of this kind. Unfortunately we cannot refund you once PayPal has refunded you as mentioned in previous correspondence. It seems as if you want us to refund you on top of the refund PayPal has given you which is cheating to be fair.
Also the item you bought is one of our most popular sellers. The main image used on the product is of the item that we sent to a content creator to take a picture in. There is no difference between what you were sent and what is displayed on the website except the colour. Please be aware that due to everyone’s bodies being different the way you see clothes on people may look completely different on you although they are the exact same item. So it isn’t that it looks completely different to what is on the website. Maybe the way you had seen it on the model didn’t transpire to how you imagined it to suit you.

If I could give 0 stars I would, the worst quality ever, completely see through items. Customer service/ owner extremely rude, and threatening. Avoid at all costs!

You breached your collaboration contract and was served a warning and now are leaving false reviews. You chose the Saskia Lace Dress Set. The name mentions the item is Lace and the pictures also show this.
We collaborate with many people to which this isn’t the case. Had you read the terms and conditions and communicated accordingly there would be no need to make false reviews.

Hello Ruth, Sorry to hear you don’t like the quality of the items. You ordered the Mila Asymmetrical Dress and Georgia Maxi Dress which is exactly what is pictured on the website and the Georgia Maxi Dress also features an in-house product video on the site. Our items are as seen as online so you know what to expect from the pictures and videos.
You originally emailed us to say you want to return one of the items, then sent another email saying you haven’t received your order at all and your previous email was to the wrong shop. We sent your tracking link again and showed you that it was delivered to which you said nothing was there so I am glad you now have received both items as originally you made it seem as you received it and wanted to return an item and then said you haven’t received anything at all.
In this case I will close the investigation that was opened with Royal Mail.
Please note when shopping with us and it’s many places that the pictures and videos as seen on their site is what you should expect when received.
