Sent wrong items. No reply from email sending image of incorrect item. No acknowledgement. Complete rip off company. 1st class delivery is actually a 48hr Royal Mail delivery. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Very poor. Bought some round laces for running shoes (“runnies”) and they only do them in one size (90cm). The box for these laces also says “fits your runners” on the front. Turns out this is way too short and doesn’t fit my runners at all. When I contacted them they replied saying it was my fault for not using a measuring tape. Why would you produce laces in one size only that are so short they don’t fit the shoes they are marketed for?

Goods never arrived. Won't provide me with a tracking number. Won't answer my emails besides a generic one to my first enquiry. Paid for delivery plus the the cost of the products. Ordered in early September
Very frustrating

Avoid.Goods not received and as per other reviews fobbing me off sending me a link to how to chase up with post office when their instructions say the sender should chase.
Stopped answering e mails now.
Scammers.

Ordered items to the value of €18 they never showed up got fobbed off by their customer service blaming royal mail with some generic e mail issued a charge back through my bank and got my money back no thanks to their customer service as it says on their site We recommend you use a courier service that will insure you for the cost of the goods you are returning. It’s a pity they don’t use a courier when shipping to customers instead of the cheapest untracked shipping available.

Be warned - poor reviews are not published on products on their website so everything looks 4-5* but they're actually selling rubbish. I bought laces were supposed to be for skateboarding but snapped within 30 mins. No response from customer service.

Probably the worst insoles I’ve ever had!!

The foam is far too soft and it’s just deforms over time, they also make my feet super hot..

Rip off

I do not trust this company and cannot recommend them. It is now 14 days since they claim to have despatched my order I am still waiting. They do not supply a phone number to contact them and despite 5 e mails only one response telling me to contact the post office. They appear to have washed their hands of the problem and I am without my laces for my walking holiday.

Took a while to get the order re-sent after first non-delivery but its good now.

I ordred a pair of new laces for my walking boots, which took rather longer to arrive than I was expecting. I eventually contacted Mr. Lacy to ask them to look into the delay. They replied within hours to ask me to be patient: the laces were on their way, but may have been held up due to staff shortages at the carrier during the current lockdown. They arrived the next day, the delay having been caused by a problem at Royal Mail. The product is great, and Mr. Lacy's response to my query was excellent.

they came on time and were the same shade/colour that was online so pretty happy with that and they're quite durable so good on all fronts

Despite having fast service I only received half my order, I ordered two pairs of white laces and only received one. I emailed but still haven’t had a response so won’t be shopping here again!
