Super attentive service with knowledgeable staff and helpful suggestions on choosing the right jewellery for my daughter’s 18th birthday present. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I struggled to find the right engagement ring for months and months and stumbled across Mr Harold and Son online. Given we were 4 hours drive away, it was impossible to fit in a viewing in person and I wasn’t sure about ordering such an expensive item online, but Daniel was so helpful in sending over additional photos of the rings I’d shortlisted on someone’s hand, so I could see how the ring would physically sit. He answered all the questions I had about the rings I was looking at. Once I’d picked my final ring, it was resized and shipped within 24 hours. Amazing service, I couldn’t recommend them enough! I’ve had so many compliments and already recommended them to other people!

We bought my engagement ring from Mr Harold & Son back in October 2024 and it was a no brainer that we’d return there for my wedding ring. Both times we were served by Jan and it was a wonderful experience. She really listened and didn’t try to “sell” which made the shopping experience so fabulous. We visited the shop last weekend and left with the most wonderful ring. There’s really nowhere else you should go shopping for diamond jewellery.

The amber in the earrings is rich in colour and the depth of the stone really makes it shine and will certainly be noticeable. The gold setting is appropriate for the design.

Staff very friendly and helpful

From the 1st moment walking through the door. All staff friendly, professional and not over bearing.(All family members of Mr Harold on our visit). Never rushed as they wanted my partner to find the right ring. Through to my partner returning to collect the ring after resizing. This is the reason we all should use independent shops and not chains.
