I’m very positive about the support and service that Mr. key fob provided us. The convenience and method for providing their services was quick and efficient. And they delivered as expected and communicated often to ensure we knew when the product would arrive. Definitely well recommended.

My condo wanted to charge me 350 for a lost key fob and ask so many questions like if I’m living there for free!!! I felt really disrespected and victimized, until Mr.Key fob came thru!!! Everything from delivery and cloning instructions was smooth ride!!! These guys are the real deal🙌

Key works and shipping was fast. But I thought I was getting an authentic blue Salto key fob as advertised in picture I paid $20 extra for instead I get replica. Main thing is it works. Thank you 😊

Asked for price matching, customer service told me to go with the competitor since they offer, and I quote, a "crappier" service. Told me they have the right to deny the price match if they see fit (if they lose money) but it does not mention so anywhere in the "lowest price guarantee" section of the store policy page. Extremely unprofessional and rude customer service. I mean, really, how much crappier can programming a simple key fob be?

Tony has been awesome. I reached out to him several months ago and at the time they couldn’t replicate the fob I had, but Tony reached out to me a week ago and was able to do it. Ordered and was shipped out fast and is working!!! Couldn’t be more happier with these guys.

I don’t usually write reviews but I would recommend MrKeyFob to literally everyone in need of an extra key that is hard to duplicate! I moved into my apartment not knowing the doors had key fobs and needed a spare one for someone else. Management would not give me an extra key and Home Depot could not duplicate it or any place locally because of the key frequency so I did my research and came across this website. I was skeptical at first but after reading reviews, took the leap of faith and ordered the at home duplication kit. There were some issues with my blank fob not copying the original reading but after reaching out to support who responded to my email within a minute of my sending it, we got the issue resolved and I was overall able to obtain the spare key. Thank you so much to the support who helped me as well! I feel like a weight has been lifted off of me because of this website !!
