I ordered some bits off them they told me 3/5 days on the 4th day they haven't even sent them out and now there say 5/7 days the company a waste time

Took delivery of my beautiful red MS-RT, which arrived earlier than expected much to my delight. The staff at MS-RT leasing are such a pleasure to deal with. They kept in contact with me throughout the whole process giving me updates and checking that everything was OK. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Unlike the other supposed MSRT Ford dealers who couldn’t be bothered to even come back to me, all 5 of them ! Dealing was totally faultless and was kept informed right through the process from ordering to delivery. Absolutely spot on. Would recommend this team to anyone. Thanks for supplying my dream van.

I’m very happy with the service I got with everyone at Ms/rt leasing. I ordered one from a nationwide dealer but got treated terribly and cancelled it on the day of delivery and was going to buy another Vw transporter but after speaking to josh who made my mind up to buy what I really wanted and he made buying one a pleasure and never once misguided me or lied as did the main dealer

This is the first time we have purchased through MS-RT leasing and it certainly won’t be the last. I primarily dealt with Alan who was great, very knowledgeable, very thorough and most importantly very patient!
