Garbage product and even worse customer service, if you can even call it that. The software never work correctly, it takes days to get a message back and the never addressed of fixed a single issue. Just offered a fractional refund

Horrible customer service. The 5 star ratings must be from employees. This site is a joke. After I signed up I had 3 mysterious charges to my same credit card. I only used the card for this purpose so I know someone there fraudulently used my cc number and made it look like "moneygram". These people are 100% fraud.

The app is easy to use, and I can quickly see what my child is doing on their phone.

It tracks all activity on my kid's phones. I can view my kid's text message and location without them knowing.

I've been using their Android version, and it's really easy to use. It can take screenshots and track more than a dozen social apps, which is awesome.

The binding is completed without downloading the app, which is too simple and convenient.

Wish I could leave no stars. This service does not work. I have been emailing them since I bought the subscription with issues. They always say the same thing implying that I was at fault. I did everything they said to do, step by step. Then they said to download the apk solution, I did and ended up with the same problems. They refuse to give a refund even though nothing has worked throughout the entire subscription. Don't waste your money on this monitoring service.

I made a purchase for 3 months subscription but requested for a refund due to discrepancy between the amount quoted and deductions from my account.

This app does not do what it says. It does not update often, or in real-time. It took months for it to update, and only after I had to put in another verification code from target phone. Upon calling customer service, they said they sacrificed “real-time” update for privacy. However, you have to input the verification code often, which means you have to have access to the target phone to receive the code sent to the target phone. When you want to not be obvious, this isn’t a great solution. Don’t waste your $.

But no response. My Google account also in danger now

so i haven't been able to use it at all bc i can't get anyone to help me, I have emailed 2 times and called 2 times and left vm both and just purchased last night and the onlyvreason i put 2 stars is bc i am hoping that the reviews are correct and the cus service will come through and help me and also the main reason i got it was bc it said u didn't need access to the device so either theyvneed to tell me how to do it without knowing email and password or fix their website so that it tells the truth and also if i have to have that then I want my money back bc of course i don't have that bc if i did i wouldn't have paid for this software
