I have an Mspa silvercloud and it worked well for 5 years, with proper maintenance they will last, I sent my blower unit for repair and I had it back within 10 days , any questions I had were promptly replied to, their technician forgot a part on the RCD test and they immediately sent me a new 1 Top customer service

The pump and heater system failed after 12 months and two weeks. I emailed Mspa multiple times and got put in contact with someone who was little to no help, who didn't seem to care his product failed so soon after its original warranty and agreed to fix it if I paid £60; however, I then got an email saying the pump was broke (already knew that) and they wanted a further £160

Fornøyd i to år. Denne tredje sommeren skulle vi sette det opp igjen og sikkerhetsknappen har rustet, selv om det har ligget lagret tørt og vi aldri har hatt uhell med søl på denne delen. Som det står på mspa sine nettsider så holder de oppblåsbare boblebadene kun to år. Mye penger ut vinduet og mye søppel som skader miljøet. Ikke anbefalt

Do not use this company. Awful product and customer service non existent. We bought an aurora hot tub, on the 6th day of it being set up, it broke, the motor sounded like a power tool running and it was struggling to work. I Called Mspa and left a message, no response. Emailed and filled out their contact form, no response. I returned the product to them, still no contact! We opened a dispute with paypal, 2 weeks later still no contact, I then raised a claim with PayPal and thankfully they settled in our favour and we got our money back, but it was a lot of stress and hassle. Do not waste your money, I wish i’d seen these reviews before I purchased it.

Awful. Please don’t buy an mspa hot tubs or anything associated with them. Mine broke and I was promised a replacement, in writing, before the customer service rep ‘Chris’ then ignored the issue.

I’ve been told a new replacement was sent out but Chris has refused to reply to me emails and has since gone quiet.

I need a manager or supervisor to contact me before I take this down the legal road and mspa are really out under the spotlight. The product was under 12 months old and I’ve been treated with zero respect. Absolutely disgusted mspa, sort your customer service team out!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased my Mspa hot tub. After 3 weeks it broke down, l am 80 and they asked me to take out the control unit. I purchased it from garden store .com they didn't want to know they just passed me on to Mspa.

Very poor only had this tub for a few months and now has the dreaded E1 error code on the tub. I wouldn't recommend this tub at all

I bought mine it heated up once I got it set up it heated up but never after that I returned it to the local agent that I purchased it from they gave me another one & the same thing it is saying it’s 42 degrees & when you take the cover off it’s freezing! My husband pulled a ligament in his leg from the cold water exposure!! Don’t waste your money

Ayant eu un spa silver cloud 6 j ai décide de le changer pour un mspa tuscany ,après la 1 été utilisation de celui ci en fermant la bâche un clip de celle ci s est casser ,j ai donc contacte le sav qui m'a répondu le lendemain et 2 jours après j ai reçu une nouvelle bâche,top trop content,pour moi très serieux

Absolute cheap Chinese crap. £600 hot tub lasted 3 weeks before the built in RCD started tripping out. Hot tubs construction is poor, the liner walls are more like a toddlers paddling pool, the heater is woefully inadequate 1.7kw heater for a 950 litre hot tub in ambient night temps of 5-10 degs, it really struggles to get up to heat. Filters are sh*te, keep clogging up with minimal use, would be as well to use the wife's tights. Put a test meter on the main circuit board to find it was shorting out due to water inside it. Phoned Mspa, can't get an answer so emailed and their reply beggars belief.... 'try drying out the motor housing and see if works once dry'.... A hot tub that leaks water into the motor and control panel and their answer is to dry it out.... Told them EXACTLY where they could ram it, and have now shipped it back to the ar@ehole who originally sold me it via ebay (that was a nightmare in itself!).
Have now paid more money and ordered another hot tub form Layzspa which we had previously.
A nightmarish experience from the outset and not to be recommended unless you enjoy wasting time, effort, money and arguing and shouting down phones.

Joda, rask levering, men hvis du får problemer....fryktelig lite imøtekommende, alle unnskyldninger for at garantien skal gjelde. Brukte boblebadet 4 mnd i fjor, satt det opp i år, og opplever at den ene langsiden siger utover, og mister formen. BRUKERFEIL....to voksne mennesker, ta et bad i uka, sitter på hver sin kortside. Ikke overfylt med vann, ikke overfylt med luft, ikke står den i direkte sol....lurer på hva garantien gjelder for? Nei, blir ikke kjøpt noe mer fra mspa, gikk ut fra at det skulle vare noen somre i alle fall.

Vår opplevelse er at MSpa har en profesjonell og løsningsorientert kundeservice, og de har gitt oss et inntrykk av at fornøyde kunder er deres viktigste målsetting. Jeg har av ulike årsaker vært i kontakt med kundeservice flere ganger, og har alltid blitt møtt med overraskende positive løsninger.

Da vi satte opp vårt to år gamle boblebad i påska opplevde vi dessverre at det etter noen dager oppstod lekkasje i en skjøt, som førte til at vannet rant ut. Som en del av rutinene for vurdering av garantisak hos MSpa ble vi bedt om å dokumentere skaden ved å ta bilder av badet. Ettersom badet vårt allerede var pakket sammen ble det vanskelig for oss å dokumentere dette - men på tross av manglende dokumentasjon ble saken løst ved at vi fikk tilsendt ny belg. Saken ble raskt løst, og nytt bad ble raskt levert! :)

Tips ved eventuelle skader/garantiforespørsel: ta bilder av skaden før du pakker sammen badet.

Ellers vil jeg dele følgende erfaringer/råd:
1. Pass på å ikke fyll badet med for mye luft. Vær obs på at lufttrykket i badet kan endre seg de første dagene etter montering, og ved temperaturforskjeller i luften. Det er bedre med for lite luft enn for mye.
2. Kjøp oppblåsbart lokk for å unngå at regn samler seg på trekket. Bruk gjerne en elektrisk pumpe for å fylle opp lokket. Ved riktig mengde luft i både bad og lokk fungerer dette perfekt sammen.

Min erfaring er at man får mye for pengene her. Boblebadet er enkelt å montere, og enkelt å vedlikeholde.

To års garanti - samt løsningsorientert kundeservice - har ført til at vi nå går inn i vårt tredje år som fornøyde kunder hos MSpa!

Good quality pool awful quality pump and heater. Lasted less than a week.

We have an MSpa Mono Concept. The tub itself started to blister then the seams became unwelded. MSpa after a bit of arguing gave us another one. Then the pump went just outside og warranty. So I managed to source a new pump an installed it. Then the flow sensors stopped working, I replaced those then finally the control pad stopped working and I discovered it was full of water, so I dried it out and all seemed fine then the blower unit started to smoke and eventually kept cutting the RCD. After alot more drying out seemed to work again, now the replacement pump has gone. I've also notinced that the second lining is starting to blister again. So... I've contacted MSpa countless times, who to be honest have the worst customer care only second to Amazon and tried to order a new blower unit. I was told 8 weeks, then I have been advise another 13 weeks. Needless to say, I wont be buying abother one, waste of over priced chinese rubbish.

I found the hot tub skin to be well built but the pump unit is shocking absolute rubbish not even a year old and had nothing but problems dont waste your money on these

I bought the tuscany hot tub as wanted one with hard sides, worked for two weeks, the have now had my control box for 4 weeks still hasn't been repaired, the customer service is absolutely shocking, no one understands you, their English is very poor, I was promised they were sending me a new control box as the parts coming were from China and they could not get them, so they said my hot tub would be back with me by Easter, still not here I paid nearly £1300 to have a hot tub last for 2 weeks it's not on at all, it should be an instant one for one swap if it stops working with in at least the first 3 months. I will certainly not be buying from these again and I certainly will be telling friends and family to steer well clear of this company, quick enough to take your money but take far too long trying to sort out any related problems. Very disappointed with this company especially the after sales service.

One off the best customer service ever! Within one year I got a E1 error in my Mspa first they send us a video’s how to resolve this but that didn’t help? Within a couple off days they send us a new motor unit and a instruction video how to disassemble and assemble it again...My Mspa is working fine again, the service, instruction video, mail, and speed of the company is Really GOOD and everything was free

Awsome hot tub still got it after 5 years now and still going greate, hade some Error codes like a E1 or a E4 but sorted it out myself, you need to unplug the hottub fully and then re plug it, if you have a problem with the filter , hit the bubble button and the system will figure it self out again(Only the Bubble button) if it still not works switch it of then unplug it again and then once again re connect it and then it should work. Brought mspa because I liked the built in heater and pump etc had lazyspa for five years before set up all good smaller than expected but ok then went to refill this year and underside by pump area splitting and leaking when I spoke to Warrenty side of mspa they said liner only guaranteed for six months !! No wonder 499 for one season use unforgivable had lazy spa for five years no leaks no failure no problem don’t buy mspa not fit for purpose
