Like the quality not the service.
Like the quality. (Showa) Unfortunately they have got the glove sizes different between glove type even though the 2 types I bought were from the same manufacturer. The issue is not that of the maker but the inconsistent way the gloves are labeled on the website. One type is 9L the other type is presented just in letter sizes so ordered a L which should have been a 9 but got a 10 which is extra large. Could have sent it back but would have cost more and then get a refund and order the right size pay again and extra postage. Mstore should have put it right at their expense. Will buy Showa again they are decent gloves but will be from elsewhere

Many thanks for your feedback. I can see, as per your email sent on the 14/02, you advise you were sending the item back and asked us to exchange for another size. We explained that our returns are on a automated service and therefore you would be refunded once the item was scanned back into our warehouse so we could not do a direct swap. The refund would have included the cost of return shipping. We do not seem to have had a reply from our email sent on the 14/02 or, received the item back. Please email us directly should you still require another size.

Terrible company and customer services. Avoid at all costs!!!
Product description was fundamentally incorrect. Glasses were bifocal not full lens as described. I sent an email, asking for a full refund and that they arrange collection (since they were clearly at fault with their description) this was ignored. I tried calling numerous times, each time put on hold for about 20 seconds and then cut off. I sent another email and this time I did get a reply! They said that if I've changed my mind and would like to return the product I would need to return by post and keep proof of payment of postage and put in a claim for reimbursement. Even though they did admit their mistake and said they had altered the description. Of course for the sake of £12 I'm not going to go through this rigmarole, surely they should be doing the legwork to atone for their error. So, I've lost £12, the glasses are of no use to me.
