Ok where to start. I dont know how to express my most sincere and deepest gratitude for the work that Bridget does. She truely cares about you!

Customer service is one thing and to say Bridget goes above and beyond my expectations, as someone who worked in customer service and finance, is an understatement.

Shes not interested in getting your business, the end. She truely cares that you get your happy ending. She accomodates your needs as a client and an individual. She is so knowledgeable about the industry that you feel safe. She does checks without being asked to give you valuable information to consider when buying a new vehicle. She speaks with the seller and just makes you feel absolute confident in your choice.

I brought my car of FB marketplace and truely felt like i couldn't possibly be scammed because Bridget was doing her thing at her end. She's the Mama i didnt know i needed. She is quick and efficient, her communication skills and responses are so fast. You feel like youre the only person shes working for. She's flexible and answers all questions with 0 fuss. She never once made me feel like the pain in the arse I know I am. I just wish i could afford to send her a huge bouquet of flowers and a thank you gift. Thats how honestly amazing she was. I cant imagine there is anyone providing her level of service in the whole of NZ or Australia. Ive worked in Insurance, Superannuation, call centres of various natures, hospitality, banking, financial advisory, wholesalers, accounts. Ive never worked with someone as competent as myself, so i am seriously hard to please. I would lure Bridget away to work for me if i started a business tomorrow. No matter the business you just know someone as efficient, intelligent and dedicated to helping people would shine in any field.

Thank you Bridget for everything you have done for my family. I hope it comes back to you 3 fold.
