Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the cancellation of the Cello London concert on 7th May and for any frustration during the refund process.
We can confirm that all refund obligations for this event have been fully fulfilled on our end. Refunds were processed by our payment provider automatically to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We kindly ask you to check your bank or card statements over the past few months on the account used for the transaction.
We acknowledge that due to force majeure circumstances on the payment provider's side, the refunds took longer than our usual processing times — and we understand how concerning that must have been. However, all transactions have now been fully refunded.

mticket.eu is an official ticketing operator, a website with automated sales of electronic tickets for various events. The ticketing operator is not the organizer. If the organizer announces a change to an event, this information is sent to the email address provided by the customer when purchasing the ticket.

Use App, enjoy the concert
I used the service to buy tickets for my mum, aunt and uncle. All three around 70, they had difficulty with the app, so I printed tickets for them.
If you are under 70, the app is user friendly, and does not distract you from the concert at all. At least, I enjoyed mine, the next one will be Pivovatov in Hannover. See you there
