Nearly £800 spent and now nothing.
They took my money and then proceeded to not supply me with an invoice or answer my questions about if I was getting my order. Not impressed, still waiting to see if anything turns up. Numerous phone calls to them with no answers. They clearly have my email as they have asked me to review them here.

Hello Mr.Fraser , sorry to read this & how frustrated you feel - the items in question were dispatched on the 20th may - your location is very remote & the logistics network only carries out 1 delivery a week there . There was a dispatch email sent to you on the 20th of may & messages directly to you to keep you updated on the situation before dispatch & after . I have personally asked the logistics team to get updates everyday , but until it leaves the hub the day of your delivery , we have to wait for further info . Apologies again - your items will arrive by tomorrow - thanks Matthew

Hello - we are sorry about the delays with your item , we were told repeatedly by the freight forwarders it would be here on time & kept you in the loop every step of the way - we offered delivery charge back as a gesture because of the slight delays that were caused again apologies many thanks Mathew MTS
Damaged on Arrival
The tool chest arrived and had been damaged in Transit. The drawers would not close as the cabinet is twisted.
However Customer Service has been very helpful and are arranging to have a replacement delivered and the damaged one collected

First off I turned up to buy a tool chest and felt so welcome, very friendly and did not pressure you to buy anything. Secondly the tool chest is superb the variety of tools and the quality of the chest itself is very good. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to buy something like this :D
