The worst customer service ever! “6 weeks” delivery timeline on the website turned into 10 weeks now. There is no update given if I don’t ask and it takes 5-6 messages for them to respond with no certain answer. There is no customer contact to talk to. Only a useless WhatsApp chat service. I would definitely not buy their product if I knew, horrible experience especially for the price paid!
I wish there was a no star option on this rating!

The absolute worse customer service I've ever experienced in the UAE. I ordered my son's bed in January - we are now mid April and the bed still isn't ready. They will only reply after I message them 5-7 times. If the bed is not fully refunded to me in the next week, I will contact the authorities and report them. Enough is enough!!

Really bad quality and very bad customer service. I paid a lot (more than 10k) for a playhouse and after only 2 years it is totally destroyed. Their customer service is really bad and no one cares of after sales. Now the playhouse worths nothing, I even had to pay to take my junk to remove it. Not for Dubai’s climate.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but working with the mud kitchen team has been the most unprofessional and upsetting customer experience I’ve ever had.

I placed an order, it wasn’t until the date I should have been contacted for shipping that I received a call to tell me they had gone into Liquidation.

I ordered an easel and mud kitchen for my 3 girls for Christmas and the quality is amazing. My girls love it.
The customer service is amazing and Natalie always responded very quickly. I would highly recommend purchasing!

I ordered a mud kitchen for my 3 year old at Christmas after thinking about it last year and leaving it too late. I’m so glad I did it this year. She absolutely loves it and has played with it almost every day since Christmas. So far it’s seen snow pies, mud cakes and grass and leaf soup. There are so many colour combinations that really allow you to personalise it to your child’s personality. Natalie was great to deal with and delivery was pretty fast. If you’re thinking about ordering one go ahead, you won’t regret it. I can’t wait to see my little one enjoy it for years to come.

I ordered one of these mud kitchens for my daughter’s joint christmas present and it did not disappoint! You can tell there is a lot of love and hard work that goes into each of the mud kitchens, as it is so well made and will clearly last for years. Communication with Natalie was fab too. We’ve had our mud kitchen since August 2020, I absolutely love it. It’s been well used and still looks great, it’s also survived a house move. The ordering experience and communication was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend investing in one of their mud kitchens, so much nicer and better quality than some of their competitors.

I ordered an easel for my daughter’s 3rd birthday, and I’ve been blown away by the service from Natalie and Joel.
They were so helpful with arranging delivery so soon after Christmas, checking delivery times and quick to respond. The quality of the easel is amazing and my daughter absolutely loves it.
I highly recommend for both the incredible service and product I have received.

I ordered an easel, a naked pebble and a bench for my children for Christmas. I was absolutely thrilled when they arrived. Everything is so well made and the colours are stunning. Being hopelessly disorganised I still haven’t painted the kitchen! However the kids faces when they walked into the living room Christmas morning and saw them was amazing. The easel has been played with every day since and they both love it. It lives inside at the moment. The mud kitchen has moved outside under a cover to be painted on a nice day and played with asap.

Brought a mud kitchen for my little boy Christmas present. Had been eyeing it up for a while but was a little hesitant on the cost.
But hands down best purchase ever. Quality and labour and skill put into it is outstanding.
Love it and my little boy loves it, it’s his kitchen which mummy can’t touch lol.

Wow!! Just opened up the box and put the mud kitchen out ready for Christmas morning. It is everything I expected and more.
Ive had my eye on one of these for sooo long and it is definitely worth the wait. It is such a high quality product and the utensils that come with it just finish it off nicely.
Natalie was brilliant at keeping me up to date with the progress and delivery and was lovely when I wanted to make a last minute change to the colour.
I would highly recommend this lovely family run company and their gorgeous products.
I can’t wait to see the kids faces in the morning!

5* rating for mud kitchens I can honestly say the quality of the mud kitchen and easel I have are amazing. I have ordered a sand pit for this year, 3rd year in a row purchasing and never had any issues at all. If anything they helped me out when I couldn’t make a payment straight away as my brother passed away from cancer and paid out for funeral they was totally understanding and did not put any pressure on me for payment. So Thankyou so much.

Our daughter loves her mud kitchen, its really good quality and will last for years to come. And the company is nice to do business with, would definitely recommend.
