Breakfast ordered for my family, food came at completely separate times. By the time my dad’s food arrived I had finished mine, which tasted stale, barely warm and unappealing to say the least. I’d never return for the breakfast by any means.

Today, I have went to the Ilford exchange, Muffin break. Staff are very friendly and helpful 🙂 specifically Meggi and Shahzeb.

went to Muffin break for brunch ordered to breakfast brunch a tea and black tea there was only about 5 customers in the place a few more people came in after we had ordered we sat waiting for the food a lot of the customers who came in after us got their food we waited for about half hour and the food arrived but it was cold and about 10 minutes later they brought the beans over and said sorry forgot about these they were left in the microwave wasn't impressed and won't be going back again.

I went to the Muffin Bar in Telford town centre where my wife and I go. We had our normal teas, and a Muffin “toffee “ I started to eat the Muffin when I released it was like rubber in the middle. I spoke to the girl in charge about it, her reply was ho it must of got cold, I’ll warm it up this is a muffin with cream on I tried to tell there something had gone wrong in the making of it. She looked at me and said do you want another one, I didn’t take her up on her offer and she just walk away. While I was drinking my tea I saw 3 people go up to the counter and complain. I’ve been using the bar for many years and never seen anybody complain before what’s going on.

What a lovely atmosphere. Spoke with the manager and gave some honest feedback, which he took gracefully and respectfully. Having an husband who is diabetic, a sugar free syrup option for coffee would be great. I don't like chocolate cake but my niece had the chocolate mud cake which was actually really soft and moist. I am an avid flat white kinda gal and the medium flat white did not have enough espresso in for the size of the cup, but it came at the perfect temperature and was still a smooth cup of coffee. Service was slow but the staff were very polite and friendly. I will definitely be back to try their new brunch menu they are launching this month.

Went for breakfast. Sausage was well over cooked eggs were raw beans were cold and so was toast. Avoid this place

Turkey bacon?

Started to really like muffin break but it appears they have stopped serving pork products in their breakfast bagel, and serve turkey bacon in its place. It's vile, I have stopped going.

My family and I have been using Muffin Break for well over 20 years and in our opinion Cannot be outdone in quality service or price. They are the best.

I like this store the staff are friendly and polite and I never seen a staff member frown and the food and cake options available look delicious unfortunately I discovered that the red velvet cake is always extremely dry and too cold to enjoy completely and though the coffee is a little strong (the standard shots they provide) I'm sure with time they'll improve after all you can't improve if no one tells you how.

I ordered from the one in Ilford, it was the first time and the last. Disgusting.

these muffins are really disappointing. I tried thr blueberry and the cinnamon. it was not a muffin it was raw dough. I had to spit it out because it was not worth chewing any longer. it wouldn't break down. I wouldn't even give the leftovers to the dog , I don't want it to die. these went straight into the bin.
also flavour was severely lacking. very bland and meh.

Don’t waste your money here if you want to eat. Ordered a Pulled Pork Yorkshire Pudding wrap and a Blueberry Muffin. Wrap was sloppy, had little pork and way too much sweet sauce. Muffin DRY as a bone. Coffee and service OK

Overpriced. Unbelievable that they charge 60p extra for alternative milk when other well established chains do not. Think muffin break need to get with the times. Service was also poor, very rude staff. Won't be returning, would rather go to Costa or Nero anyday.

I have used both the Rochester and Harrow branches. There’s always a problem with blocked toilets.
Come on, Muffin Break , get your toilets sorted.

I ordered a tea in the Harrow branch of this chain. One of their staff was wiping the tables near me. I asked her if she could please wipe my table as there were breadcrumbs all over it. She did it but with a very surly, put-upon manner. When I complained to another member of staff, she came back to my table and started to argue. I have written to this company three times to complain about this and nobody has replied.

Consistently good service. I use the Bradford Broadway branch. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Clean cafe, comfy tables. I love their flat white coffee. And they do really good gluten free muffins too!
If you sign up to the loyalty scheme, you get a free hot drink after every 5 you pay for, and a free cake on your birthday.

Normally I really enjoy muffin break, however today in the st Enoch shopping centre store it was not so good, I ordered the soup (thinking it was homemade) as you would given that their sandwiches etc are all fresh made, it’s not the fact it cost £4.20 but the fact they simply opened a can of soup and stuck it in the microwave plus it was not lentil which I had asked for but instead gave me vegetable soup and only half filled the cup, to say I’m disappointed is an understatement won’t be going back not after todays visit.

Romford Muffin Break.,,,,first time visiting this lovely café, but it won't be the last. Excellent service from friendly staff in pleasant surroundings.
I had a Raspberry and White Chocolate muffin with a pot of Earl Grey Tea...... delicious 😋

The vanilla latte I had was too sweet but the blueberry muffin was to die for 10/10
