Me and my husband had booked a room out in this place for our wedding meal. It was awful, we was forced to pay nearly £300 for missing people! even tho the food barley got eaten by our guests as it was way too spicy!! we had a waiter assigned to us and our room, he kept asking me how the food was i said its way too spicy me and some other people can’t even eat it… all he did was give us yogurt but speaking to the manager about this apparently he could of changed the dishes for us but at the time he never offered this to anyone! it completely ruined mine and my husbands wedding day! and that manager?!?! wow…, she doesn’t know how to deal with complaints at all! i’m still waiting for a refund and an apology, she either needs some managing customer skills taught to her or needs a new manager!! also i tried to compromise with the manager and said we wouldn’t mind paying £100 for the missing people but £300 is ridiculous especially after all my guests was charged £45 each which they already got around £700 off us all! wanted another £300 for missing people?!?! she offered me a free starter main and dessert like i would ever wanna go back to that place!! wouldn’t recommend unless you wanna get your mouth blown off or robbed even! NEVER AGAIN
WORST RESTAURANT IN BRADFORD: ME AND MY WIFE HAD OUR WEDDING CEREMONY THERE, THEY TREATED US WITH SOO MUCH RACISM THEY RUINED MY WIFE WEDDING CEREMONY ON TOP OF THAT THEY BLATANTLY CHARGED MY WIFE EXTRA £270 FOR IMAGINARY GUESTS ( YES YOU HEARD IT RIGHT) BECAUSE SOME OF THE GUESTS DIDNT SHOW UP. HOW IS THAT OUR FAULT SPECIFICALLY WHEN WE CALLED THE RESTAURANT STATING THAT -6 GUESTS NOT COMING THEY AGREED ON THE PHONE THAT WAS FINE. AS SOON WE GOT THERE WE FINISHED EATING THEIR EXTRA SPICY FOOD WHICH WE COMPLAINED ABOUT IT THEY DIDNT CARE THEY GAVE US POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES BECAUSE OF OUR SKIN COLOUR. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COST!!
Ordered a Biriyani dish but was very disappointed by what I was served. I'm of a South Asian background and could tell immediately that the Biriyani rice served was not fresh. The rice grains were dark brown and solid. This suggests to me the biriyani rice had probably been prepared 3 or 4 days earlier and had slowly been degrading. Plus the portion size was barely 2 spoons full. So a very sub-standard biriyani dish and a portion size that would not even satisfy a mouse all for £16 - an absolute disgrace of a Restaurant.
Totally useless company delivery of spices a joke I could have walked up to Bradford and back to Stockport faster don’t fall for this useless company

This management really needs to get a grip of the way they operate, their staff and delivery company.
This has happened on a few occasions now, the food has been delivered well over the delivery time, call the restaurant I they don’t have a clue what your saying all I get is a yes yes yes!
Paid £5.99 for delivery via Uber you would expect the food to be delivered hot and on time, I don’t think MUMTAZ really cares for his customers.
Been coming here for over 25 Years now and it’s always going to be my top choice for restaurants in Bradford. The food is always 10/10 must say it’s the best curry house by far.
