Disappointing Quality
The shower head works well initially, but after just 4 weeks, rust started appearing on the front where the water comes out, and the water streams began splitting off in different directions. I expected much better quality and durability for a product like this.
I emailed customer service about the issue and, after a week, still haven't received a response. Both the product quality and customer service have been disappointing. I wouldn't expect a shower head to start rusting after only a month of use.

Horrendous customer service
I bought 2 shower heads from this company and then never received any of them contacted them to see if I can get a resolution which I did have shipping protection to provide a refund they stopped replying to my emails

Hairline Crack Makes It Useless
I really liked the showerhead, but soon after installing, it got a hairline crack along the handle that sprayed a stream of water up and out of the shower. I contacted Muravai about the issue, and they promptly replaced it. However, soon after the replacement was installed, it also developed the hairline crack rendering it useless.

I bought two of the showerheads one for…
I bought two of the showerheads one for me and one for my girlfriend. The one I installed in my bathroom worked perfectly fine.
The second one however, had a leak from the button as soon as I turned it on, I tried emailing the customer Support didn’t hear anything back, so my girlfriend said that she didn’t mind using it, as soon as I installed it at her house I went to adjust the head so it was pointing farther downward into the shower, and it snapped the entire plastic piece from the shower, spout off and into the tub it cheap plastic the showerhead was crapped to begin with and I never heard anything back from customer service for a return or a refund or even a replacement definitely will not be using them again. I guess you get what you pay for.

The shower head continues to fall off…
The shower head continues to fall off the base that holds the shower head. Once the pressure of the water is off the shower head just slides right off and falls off.

Meh - Do not Recommend
For the price of these shower heads, I expected more. I mean, yeah it’s cool to filter out the water - ours was brown within the first week which is distressing, but I haven’t noticed any difference in my skin issues. We have had two of these for about a month now. I have mild seborrheic dermatitis on my face and scalp and really hoped this would help - but no. The water pressure was better with the $60 showerhead we had from Lowe’s previously.

Watch out for the subscription scam
The shower heads were actually decent, what I didn't appreciate was unknowingly being opted into a recurring $40 monthly subscription. This type of shady business practice is a massive red flag.

I did a lot of research when it came to…
I did a lot of research when it came to buying a filtered shower head and THIS was the best choice hands down. What angers me is when you see these fake scam ones for a fraction of the cost even using the real manufacturer as in Muravai, it comes down to one simple thing "you get what you pay for"
I have two of them and absolutely love them immensely. I can't vote to say exactly how much they filter out but the pressure, the feel of the water is completely different. I did have to do some "Jerry rigging" so to speak, when it comes to placing it on to the shower so all I did was used an existing cradle and it works just great!!
All in all I think the only complaint I would have is the Cradle on what it comes with is really not that great and the company could use better materials for a better design.

Overpriced item for low quality
Overpriced item for low quality.
It's all cheap plastic and starts breaking within a month. First thing to go is the hose. We bought a deal and got 2, but the shower head breaks down with cracks, leaks etc within 3 months. The manufacturer couldn't care less about complaining and wanting a refund for a bad product. Do not buy this! Look for quality products made of metal.

Plastic components that do not hold up
Plastic components that do not hold up to proper installation. Shower head may be fine, but main plumbing components are made of flimsy plastic.

Terrible company
Terrible company. I wanted to give their shower head a try since they spend a lot on advertising and spam you like crazy on social media. I gave in and finally gave them a try. 8 days after use, it started leaking from the sides of their cheaply made shower head.
The following day I contacted their customer support for return instructions. 3 days and multiple email exchanges later, they have still not provided me a return address. Instead they keep stating that I’ll be responsible for shipping costs for the return, which I’ve been well aware of from the first email sent, and keep trying to offer me a partial refund, which I’ve told them multiple times that I do not want.
For 3 days the support agent has avoided my request to return their crappy shower head and provide me the FULL ADDRESS to their warehouse in Miami, FL. At this point I believe they have no interest in receiving their items back and is taking every measure possible to surpass their 40-day return policy in order to avoid providing me a full refund, which I find very unethical. If this happens, I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
