I went to KL Malaysia and booked an apartment via Musafir Homes and managed to save £50! The service was also excellent and I’d definitely use this service again for future bookings.

I had such a lovely experience with Musafir Homes, alhamdulillah. Me and my family travelled to Turkey and they organised everything for us and took such good care in personalising our experience.

Going on a trip with a large group can be daunting, but Musafir Homes made it easy. They organised the airport pick-ups and drop-offs as well as two tour days. Everything was so efficiently organised and ran so smoothly! Our tour guide took us to all of the most important historical sites in Istanbul, as well as more local, cultural spots we might not have found on our own. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that took a huge weight off our shoulders on our first trip to Turkey.

We booked Airport transfers and a 2 day itinerary and it was very well organised and efficient. I would recommend, especially for bigger groups as it takes a lot of the guess work out of planning an itinerary and means you can properly enjoy sight seeing!

They responded to my enquiries quickly and with courtesy. Really put effort in pleasing their customer.
Even better, they saved me a couple of hundreds pounds compared to the same hotel booking I made via app!

Organised our airport pick up and drop offs for a large group and also organised two tour days in Istanbul. Was very insightful and worth the money especially considering we were a large group.

Honestly, everything was so well organised and I felt at ease knowing our travel and tours days were all sorted and all 24 members of my family got to travel together in one bus. I enjoyed going on this retreat. The activities during this trip were well organised. The hamam was an excellent trip and one that I thoroughly enjoyed. Suraya our host made sure it was a ladies only time and guided us through all the various areas during this experience.

I have recently returned from a ladies only retreat to Antalya which I booked through Musafir Homes.
This was the first time I have gone on any sort of retreat like this and Musafir Homes ensured the experience was a highly enjoyable one.
The airport transfers were luxurious,accomodation was clean with a private swimming pool which was a real treat and the food was freshly cooked on site.
The organised day trips out included visiting the beach,olive picking,watercolour painting by the mountains and a trip to a hamam.
The trip was such a relaxing experience and this was all down to Musafir Homes who were excellent hosts.They took care of everything.
For anyone thinking of getting away on a retreat like this I would highly recommend going with Musafir Homes.They really do treat you like family.

Congratulations to musafir homes on providing a seamless enjoyable relaxing retreat.After being house bound for months with chronic illness I was reluctant to venture out on holiday but musafir homes took care of all my special needs ensuring wheelchair access to accomodation and even arranging for oxygen cylinders to be delivered to property .The service was above and beyond my expectations with a great mix of activities; sight seeing ,beech time and olive Garden and painting workshops and relaxing days with hamam experience and our own pool to relax in ..Food was nutritious and freshly cooked .The well being counselling sessions were excellent thought provoking and insightful .Came back mentally physically and spiritually uplifted thanks to a great thoughtful provider musafir homes..well done and all the best for future retreats count me in next time..

This is the first time I have travelled with my 82 year old mother abroad. Suraya, kindly agreed to have a video call with me prior to booking, so that I could have all my questions addressed. The booking was simple, we were kept up to date with everything from the expected weather, to packing tips and more. I really appreciated the home from home comfort and the privacy of our outdoor pool. We were taken care of like family. Suraya ensure we were transported in comfort at all times. The excursions were well thought out and we had plenty of time to relax. I think mum is ready for her next trip! 😊

I booked an apartment in KL, Malaysia for 2 people and saved approx £50 compared to the cheapest I could find myself online. Thanks to Musafirs service I was even provided a free complimentary upgrade once at the apartment.

Booked a retreat to Antalya and it was absolutely brilliant! Amazing activities, VIP transport, good accommodation and food. The hospitality and communication was commendable and the overall experience was so refreshing. Highly recommend this if you want to unwind, see the sights and have a truly unique experience.

I booked ladies only retreat to Antlya at the beginning of October with this company and would like to thank everyone who made this retreat comfortable and enjoyable. Had a wonderful time with everyone on the trip and they were sociable throughout the journey. Well organised throughout and the tour guide hired was helpful and knowledgeable. The itinerary was also arranged for everyone's needs. The experience of airport transfers was also timely and professionally organised. The pick-up and drop-off vehicle was clean, spacious and comfortable. The villa was clean and comfortable too, with a private swimming pool.

We booked our apartment and airport transfers through this company and were really impressed. They provided complimentary pick-up and drop-off, which made everything so much easier. There was a small mix-up at the start (the driver thought there was just one passenger instead of three), but as soon as we contacted the company they sorted it out immediately and sent a clear confirmation for our return journey.

The apartment they recommended was perfect – in a great location with restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and a pharmacy right outside. It had lovely lake views, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and bathrooms, and it was only about 20 minutes from Skanderbeg Square.

Communication with the company was excellent throughout – quick replies and very easy to reach. For a new business, their attention to detail and personal touch really stood out. We’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay and transfers.
