Placed order which showed order price £38 but moved to payment and price had changed to £42.
Wouldn't have concluded purchase if hadn't been going somewhere special.

It is impossible to cancel the subscription, despite many emails and assurances, they keep sending and charging. Product is ok but the hassle is not worth it. Avoid.

Shocking customer service.

I’ve been charged for a subscription I didn’t sign up for and have now sent 5 emails asking for a refund and to cancel the order, and haven’t had a single response.

Really easy to order. Fingers,crossed this stuff dies work according to the great reviews.

Customer Service has been excellent explaining the products etc. Foundation is brilliant no more buying multiple foundations that are the wrong shade, always the right shade.

Placing an order through the website was very simple to do. For me, it had to be. I'm a complete computer Neanderthal!! I will have to wait for my products to arrive before judging their efficiency.

When I posted a complaint about false pricing they immediately came back with an offer of 20% discount. And followed this with some very helpful messages.

It covers well, actually feels like I’m not wearing any foundation at all!!! Love it!!!

This was my first time trying Mushi cosmetics and I’m delighted with the results. For less than my usual premium branded makeup the finish is remarkable. If you’re thinking of trying Mushi I’d suggest you give it a try
