Regarding the USB lead: we checked with the manufacturer, and this particular unit isn't actually supposed to come with a USB cable in the box — it's not included by design, rather than something missing from your package. Apologies if that wasn't clear from the product listing!

Fast but expensive delivery
Fast delivery, however delivery to the UK was very expensive at nearly £25.
The shaman ritual drum is okay. However I’m not entirely happy with the quality. It is bespoke in some ways, imperfect if you look too closely. However I do actually love it and its imperfections.
The only reason I dropped one star off the review was because of the cost of delivery that said it did arrive as expected and very quickly.

My overall experience was great
My overall experience was great, the website easy to use, my order quick to complete.
Your help desk and assistance is also top notch.
The only part that frustrates me and deducts from a perfect 5 star review is the choice of delivery company, and their difficulties in getting my package to it's intended destination. It is yet to arrive, so no opinion on the product as of now.
In all other considerations I am immensely pleased with every part of your services.
