To be clear I'm not unhappy.
From a diy supply company though there should be more information for us less knowledgeable. Instructions are lacking. When I bought a complete system it should be complete. I've had to make several additional purchases. Shipping alternative would be helpful not being able to provide a signature for an electrical part

Upon receiving the product, it came with zero wiring specifications. I had to replace a component and was replaced with a different model with different wiring
Played email tag over a week before finally getting the right info.
Instructions are very difficult to follow for the average homeowner too. Found after purchasing items that I could have bought same product including brand other places a lot cheaper too online.
Products seem to not be as specified also.
Will no longer be buying from mwands anymore.

My 4 emails to the General Manager (McDaris) have gone unanswered. I had sought technical support via the website about a concern that the wind/solar All-in-0ne controller I had bought seemed to send the solar panel VOC open voltages straight to the battery bank and not via any controller or other means of bringing the voltage down to the recommended charging voltage for deep cycle batteries. I had one reply asking what voltage my panels were which I answered but since then all emails have gone unanswered - including the most recent which I sent warning them a week in advance that I intended to give a bad review. I am concerned this product is potentially dangerous, puts me outside manufacturer's battery warranty conditions and is just bad design. This company don't seem to care to deal with the issue and have chosen to ignore my concerns. So a bad rating from me.

The staff at Missouri wind and solar are very knowledgeable and have helped me greatly on my off-grid home, I am sure there will be much more future purchases with the same amount of questions from me. I live on the west coast and there are quite a few business that do solar/wind and off grid local, however I choose Missouri wind and solar for my needs because of the attentive and caring staff

I tried another wind tubing our of Corpus Christy TX Affordable wind turbans. His turbine failed after only a month of use and he would not do anything to fix or replace it. Johnny the owner is a BAD person. DON"T TRUST HIM.

So I did some research and found Missouri Wind . They are very nice and know what they are talking about and delivered what they say. I live on a very very remote Island in SE Alaska and Missouri Wind is what I should of got in the first place.

We stopped by Missouri Wind and Solar and they were so nice and explained several options to us. I had thought for the longest time that any solar solution would be well beyond my means but they were able to show me some things that I can afford. I have ordered the equipment, am watching their youtube channel and I will have my own solar powered emergency backup power in very short order.

I have watched their video's on You Tube for some time not finding fault with their technical ability. That said, when I decided to research solar trackers I was very pleased to see that Missouri Wind and Solar had a review for a dual axis tracker that they market. After watching the video and researching what other companies offered I bought the one that Missouri Wind and Solar sells. Mostly because I trust what this company has to say. Once I received the tracker this past Friday I was very surprised at the quality. Maybe they should consider naming this tracker "Sherman" after the WWII Sherman tank. It most certainly is built like one.

My first purchase was about 8 years ago it was a wind turbine,since then I have purchased solar panels as well as a Amies charger inverter also a charge controller. All items where shipped quickly.Also all have worked flawlessly.Highly recommend Missouri Wind and Solar.
