We have been using My Compliance for a while now, focused on the facilities and substance management and it is really good. We are building our risk assessment module now along with exploring training and contractor management. It is an exceptional product and one I would recommend.

We joined The My Compliance Management system in 2019. It is one of our key HSQE and document control centres, we use it for all of our Non-conformance reporting, Approved Supplier information and certificates maintenance, Audits - both site and project based audits, Staff Training records. There are more facilities that we do not utilise currently. We find the platform really easy to use to update, upload documents, get reports, etc, etc. The Customer Service support is excellent, the Team are always on hand to advise and assist, whether that is by phone, email or direct from the online centre.

Although we've only been using MY Compliance Management for eight months, we are already seeing real benefits from having an intuitive, cloud-based storage facility instead of using the mix of spreadhseets and docments we were using previously for our ISO9001, 14001 and 45001 compliance. Matt Millward's help has been invaluable in getting us up-and-running with the system.

As a business we have been using My Compliance Management for 3 years to assist in managing our H&S compliance but also ISO compliance. There are some limitations but overall a good, versatile product which is backed up with an amazing customer support team.

I have been using My Compliance for over a year. It is a critical part of our CMS. The support offered is extremely good. Calls answered quickly and teams calls made if required. Fran has been a brilliant POC for our company and enabled us to develop our system / registers for best performance and value.

Fran, our customer support manger has been really great, very supportive when we have needed to call on her expertise! As group Head of Health and Safety we rely on tools that streamline our compliance, reporting and risk management across multiple sites. This platform has genuinely made things more intuitive, given us real time reporting capabilities and enabled our customised dashboards for sharing our day to day incident management.

The customer service is second to none. The staff are really helpful and supportive. They have a friendly approach and can have a laugh with you so makes it a pleasure to deal with them. The software is easy to use and does what it says it will do.

The experience from MY Compliance Management so far has been great. From the initial call with Justin to see if they could meet our needs, to the ongoing support from Matt!

The My Compliance system is a great tool that covers a very wide range of Health Safety and Environmental functions. The system goes wider than that with the introduction of Job management, permit management etc. Its worth a look if you are looking for a fully featured EHS management system at a fraction of the price of others on the market. I have implemented this system in two roles at two different companies and have found the system and support to be really great. The best part is you can customise the system without paying for simple modifications like adding a field to a form. The whole support team are great but a shout out to Matt who has been really instrumental in getting me up and running.

What a great system. Helps me with my everyday needs for compliance e.g. asset manager reminds me every month when I need LOLERs done. Notifications when training is due or I can check the dashboard and look at what's due over the next few months.
Matt has been great going over the modules and then helping me get what I need out the system. (Actions, NCs, Legal Register, Permits, COSHH, Incidents to name a few!)
I cannot recommend MY Compliance enough.

We have been with My Compliance now for the last 18 months and I have to say life as a SHEQ Manager is so much easier with the help of MYC. Don't get me wrong it is definitely a case of the more you put in the more you get out but the end goal is really worth it.
Clients love the fact we have control of all matters compliance and they particularly like the generation of QR codes for Coshh Assessments, Training records.
Incidents /accident and near miss reporting has been transformed with the use of the apps.
When it comes to audit time the auditors love the ease in which we can evidence compliance using MYC.
When it comes to support, the team get five stars, if we have an issue they embrace the challenge and with the support from their development team find a quick solution.
All in all only good things have come from us being with MyCompliance.

Great software that does everything we need as a business for managing various aspects of Health Safety and Environment.

We have been using the My Compliance software for nearly 18 months now and it has provided a very structured way of controlling and maintaining our documentation and assets that are required to retain the company ISO Certification.
This is only a small part of what is available and we are planning to use the Incident and Non conformance sections in the near future as a way of organising our company actions.
As well as the very useful software, My Compliance provide a point of contact for us to call if we have any issues AND a regular set of meetings to review how we are getting along.......all in a reasonably priced package.
