It was a great experience all around ! I wasn't sure I would qualify at all but I desperately needed a newer car. I found an offer I could afford on a really nice vehicle and was approved that day !!!

Update! The CEO did speak with me. He was adamant that I did use his company and accepted their offer through Credit Sesame. I absolutely did not. He is lying in his response. He demanded I tell him who I used and at what interest rate.

He claims I took a loan from them but cannot explain why his company contacted me constantly for a full month after I had went another route telling me it was my last chance to take their offer.

To blatantly lie is absurd. I’ve got screenshots of all the emails and text messages.

Update! The CEO himself just called me and harassed me about my review.

I did not use MyAutoLoam. I applied to them yes, I also applied directly to open road. I used open road. The CEO claims I took their offer but had no explanation why his company continued to contact me after he knew I’d already taken a loan. Their representatives were very aggressive, to the point of demanding I tell them the interest rate and term of the offer I did take elsewhere.

The process was easy, and uncomplicated.

On my end, everything went very smoothly! But the deal almost fell through, had the dealership decided not to pay your finance charge, and at that point, you cut contact! Had the dealership not paid that charge (which they were under no obligation to do so), I would have lost that car! By federal law, I don’t think you could have charged me either! Since, had already been charged! Luckily, I guess the dealership, didn’t need a lot of profit, and wanted that car off the lot!

It's been over a month since the loan went through and I still don't have the title.

MyAutoloan.com was able to help me secure a refinance on my auto loan. I literally had about 5 calls the moment I clicked submit. I didn't answer but waited to see the offers and chose the best one to start. Ended up working out...just know that their initial offer is always better than what you're going to end up with.

I did a review earlier about this platform at 1 star. I’d like to clarify that my loan was going to be done through ilending! They’re the ones who tried to overcharge me in my new loan. But I gave my autopilot.com 3 stars because they need better screening of companies using their website! I mean who charges nearly 4 thousand dollars to refinance? ilending that’s who. Do yourself a favor and choose a different company!!! I did.

Directed me to purchase credit report and signed me up for programs I did not want. Also the offers I was sent were terrible and not competitive at all. Also sold my information to various local dealers who called me not offering financing options but trying to rope me in to buy their cars. Cannot recommend any less.

I Google searched for new car auto loan and your company's name came up with 4.99%. But when clicked to apply, the rate was shown to be "today's rate is as low as 6.84%. STOP false advertising!!!!! I wish I could upload the screen shots to prove my point.

Takes you the application process thinking you need to subscribe to $29.95 per month TransUnion credit monitoring service. Very deceiving...I had to call TransUnion to cancel subscription and try to get the refund back. The offers don't include actual banks with better rates.

Not contacted by a person once. Only automated emails. I went with another lender because I spoke to an actual person.
