I needed to get new tyres for my car with a quick turn around. The manager organised for them sent to the workshop and fitted in the time-frame I needed. Besides this great customer service, the pricing was competitive as is the after sales service offered. I am more than happy to continue using mycar Tyre & Auto at Arana Hills for my servicing and tyres in the future.

My car service booking said the car was ready to be picked up at 11am. At 10h45am, they did not start the car service yet. They kept arguing why I did not tell them I wanted the car at 11ham while I tried make them understand the booking clearly stated I could have the car at 11ham. The store manager then said I could take the car back and full refund would be made although I did not request. Looked like he did not care about the business and customer. Later, rang the call centre to give feedback. It was useless as the call centre man had the same ascent with the guy at the store. They protected each other

I recently had a disappointing experience at Mycar Doncaster and feel compelled to share it. So you know i am senior person.

From the outset, communication was poor. I was given a vague estimate of both cost and time, but neither was accurate. The final bill ended up significantly higher than expected, with little explanation provided. When I asked for clarification, the response felt dismissive rather than helpful.

The service itself was also underwhelming. After picking up my car, I noticed issues that should have been addressed during the visit. Having to return again to fix what should have been done properly the first time was not done again and its frustrating and inconvenient. I recently re serviced at another mechanic, was done properly.

Customer service is where this location really fell short. Instead of acknowledging concerns or attempting to resolve them professionally, staff seemed uninterested and rushed. It left me feeling like my time and business weren’t valued.

Overall, this experience did not meet expectations, and I would hesitate to return or recommend this location to others.

The team at mycar Richmond were super helpful, did a great service, ran me through the car's needs and my budget, which was incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Thanks for your help!

On 28/3 I took my car for a service and when booking online had noted a part I wanted changed. Upon arrival they hadn’t read the note and therefore didn’t have the part in. I had a GM genuine part but they said it couldn’t be used.
Issues were identified and the explanation and quotes were clear. I rebooked for 02.04 to have the castor arms replaced and a smoke test done to identify any causes for the codes found. If no leaks were found he was going to replace a sensor and see if that was the issue. Upon arrival there was no record of my booking. I explained and they took the car in. (Approx 9am). 330 I got a call saying they’d checked the arms and they found a crack and they’d done a smoke test. They had NOT listened and changed the arms as requested- the fault was found on the last visit. They said they’d get it done. At 5pm approx I went to collect the car. They told me no vacuum leaks were found and the codes related to a stretched timing chain with a quote of $5k. No further investigation was done or questions asked.
I knew it wasn’t the chain as the issue had been presenting varying codes over time which I explained the first day.
I now have a noise when I turn right which I believe is a result of them having to rush to change the arms??and I have changed the evap purge valve which I found to be stuck open therefore causing unmetered airflow and generating the code combination. No new or pending codes displaying.

I will not be returning to this store.
My 3 rating is because the mechanic on the Saturday was genuinely helpful even if the entire requirement wasn’t met. The mechanics in the Thursday were dis interested, inattentive and lacked any initiative - going straight to a $5 k repair without further checking and finding the faulty part.

Service and staff including Archer were wonderful to deal with.
