My order dated 4th November 2022 has still not arrived. No communication from the supplier about my delivery. Not responding to any messages
I placed the same order in 2020 without any issues. Raised a dispute with my credit card provider. So disappointed!!

Still no response from them about an order that should have been delivered by now.
Not responding to e mails or on Messenger and the phone number is listed doesn’t seem to work is concerning I would avoid using them.

I ordered 4 Christmas baubles which arrived within a week 1 bauble was incorrect and after a phone call the error was corrected and a new bauble was dispatched which arrived promptly they are great quality and will look amazing on my tree thank you My Christmas box

Not impressed! Took weeks to arrive, slow communication from seller, had an issue with my order once it arrived, ordered 5 stockings the same colour and one had been made with a different fabric and was a completely different colour to the others. No response from the seller when this issue was raised. Bought them so the whole family had matching stockings for Christmas. Had to buy a whole new set elsewhere.
