This company provides good service. I thought the cleaners were excellent and the digital logistics were painless. No need to download an app! Just schedule and go.

I am always pleased with the quick customer service from My Clean.
They are quick to respond and happy to help. My cleaners all have been good. I have a regular cleaner now and am always happy. She is always on time and does a great job.
I am happy that My Clean is ethically responsible and treat their employees fairly. It's wonderful that use green products in my home.

I have used MyClean a number of times now and they are terrific. reasonably price, excellent availability, nice employees that do a thorough job with eco-friendly product that more and more people prefer.

I've used MyClean for several different apartments and each time the service has been wonderful - from the very simple online booking or speaking to someone over the phone to having someone show up on time and able to do a great job. Definitely worth recommending to friends and family ...

Great service - have been using for almost a year now and have always liked my cleaners, though now I use their option of requesting the same cleaner to come. Detail-oriented - they get the spaces in between, do a good job with floors (and even baseboards! yay), all that stuff.

It was adequate. Very obviously missed spots.

So maybe 10-15 minutes after doing this survey I got a call from their customer service. Very nice guy, wanted to know what happened so that I only gave 3 out of 5 stars. I explained why, it was the details that were missed. I purchased their mid level service and he rebated me down to their low tier service since it seemed to be inline with what the clean actually was. Their customer service is 5/5. But for the actual clean I got it with the cleaner I used was a 3/5. The guy I was on the phone with is selecting a different cleaner for my next time, so hopefully it will be better.

MyClean offers easy organization of home cleaners & scheduling. Most cleaners are fantastic. From time to time, the individuals scheduled to clean change. MyClean coordinates this seamlessly. If the cleaner does not meet expectations, MyClean resolves quickly. One less thing to worry about!

Cleaning was poor

The various cleaners that came to the house seemed inexperience. In using a steam mop they ended up damaging the finish on my wood floor in several spaces. They tended to be 15 to 30 minutes late most times. In addition, they always seem to forget to clean or touch something. As a result we stopped using the service and would not recommend.

Easy to book, great quality in service itself and the best & most responsive customer service!

I have tried many of these cleaning companies and this is by far the Best.
From start to finish they made it super easy to book and figure out. Price was super reasonable for the amount they had to do. The cleaner arrived with all her own stuff which again made my life easier. I actually had to be out when my cleaner was there which made me a little nervous, but I let her in and came back 5 hours later to an unbelievably clean house and a delightful lady names Jasmine Jefferson thanking me for supplying such a nice place to work in. Very cute. Great service

MyClean is absolutely awesome. I scheduled them to clean my apartment last week and they did a great job - they were on time, friendly and reasonably priced. I've used other services in the past which were okay, but nothing special. MyClean is without a doubt the best value. I highly recommend them!
