Couldn’t recommend enough. The whole process was so simple and took out all the worries about sourcing a good and reliable cleaner. A one off clean has now turned into a regular weekly booking.

Hi Parminder, sorry the booking was cancelled on this occasion. To clarify, no funds were taken by my cleanerHUB - we only take the payment after a clean has been completed and you confirm you are happy with the job. The payment showing was a pending authorisation used during booking, which is automatically released by the bank after cancellation. We will message you separately to see if you'd like us to help confirm the release timeframe with your bank.
App was simple and intuitive, cleaning experience was immaculate. Will most certainly be a regular user going forwards!!

I’ve personally struggled to find a good cleaner - but this was easy. I could choose who I wanted to come based on their reviews and easily see their availability. A bit like Airbnb for cleaners , in a way!
