I emailed support to see if I could get in on it some how as I would have received extras for what I ordered and they delivered! First class customer service and excellent communication. These guys are 10/10. They prepped and dispatched my order within 2 days, and I had my delivery on the 3rd. Each item was in pristine condition. They even threw in a couple extra things which was nice. Website was brilliant to use (and very funny). Seemed on the more expensive side, but you get what you Pay for and I will be using these guys again for all of my mycology supplies.
