Shocking service
Ordered a body shaper took ages to arrive. Chased and was told it was on its way. Chased again no answer. When it arrived I never tried it on. Could see it was not suitable contacted them straight away to return as there was no return package note. I was told to send a picture of the item as this was standard practice. I ordered a hairdryer from this company on the 9th April. When it hadn’t arrived a few days later I contacted them, and then had an email with tracking to say it had been dispatched… FROM CHINA! It’s now the 19th April and it’s still in China. There was no indication at the point of order that it was a company in China, otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered this item from them. This is deceptive and I’m really very unhappy about this. I’ve checked the website again and there is no indication that goods are shipped from China and they lead you to believe it’s a UK based company. Don’t order from this company, be warned!!!

Should be able to give 0 stars. Everything they sell is sold on Temu/Wish and prices 10x what they cost elsewhere. They say they are uk based but the returns have to go to China. One star is to much for this company. Don’t buy from them, scam scam scam. Hairdryer doesn’t come with a uk plug only 2 pin, not earthed so it could be quite dangerous. What was really interesting is that the plug came on the outside of parcel which was not packed well. Of course I’ve sent a few emails & not one reply back from My Cosmetics London.

Bought the weight loss patches from this company after seeing it had 300+ five star reviews on their website. After checking the reviews on here I went back to actually read the reviews on the website under the weight-loss patches,
I don’t know but to me the reviews looked fake! The same names were used numerous times! I the. Submitted a bad review and it never showed up.
When I ordered them patches arrived 2 weeks later, also thinking this was a UK based company clearly showed it wasn’t having wait that long for delivery!

Just an update from my February post re MY COSMETICS LONDON My money has still not been refunded and doubt that it ever will. I have reported them to Action Fraud UK
I can't believe the My Cosmetics London website is still there. Do complain to action fraud, it's a quick and simple form to fill in. May or may not be relevant but this week my card details were used to buy something on Amazon. My bank and Amazon are looking into it.
COMMENTS ON THE REPLY: this is just nonsense. I returned the unsatisfactory goods, which eventually arrived, at my own expense recorded delivery to the return address shown on the package. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and you refused and subsequently remained silent despite my requests. This public reply is a shame.

SCAM!!
SCAM!!! Purchased product which was faulty, got asked to send a video of said fault and now I have heard nothing back at all. I've emailed 4 times to try get a reply but nothing.

Disaster Purchase
After waiting a fortnight for my purchase to finally arrive, I first of all noticed that the item was not pristine as you would expect for a new item. The item also looked of low quality, but worse still, once I had charged it I tried to use it only to find that it simply didn't work! I had already complained about the fact that the item came from China, which is not what I expected from a company that was apparently in London. This was after I got an email for tracking and the text was all in Chinese! I felt my computer was possibly compromised. A day or so after that email, I received another email stating that my computer had been infected with 5 Viruses! I don't know whether there is a connection, but I can believe all the other negative feedback I have seen about this company on Trustpilot! Never again will I purchase from this company!
