I have been a tenant with MY Estate Management for over two and a half years, and my experience has been great. Matthew has been a very attentive and consistently responsive landlord throughout my tenancy. Whenever there have been issues with appliances or the flat, he has always provided assistance quickly and efficiently. He genuinely cares about his tenants and goes out of his way to ensure everything is handled properly. I would highly recommend him and the agency.
