Considers themselves servants of the people...
Anything but, trying to hassle those in question into paying a parking fine that has clearly and obviously successfully challenged by POPLA - it is effectively bullying and manipulation.
They bury their heads in the sand claiming they can't locate the person in question despite having access to all the information.
I have passed on this companies behaviour and harassment to the Financial Conduct Authority, the British Parking Association, and Citizens Advice Scotland.

But still they give themselves massive bonuses
The person on the phone ( a Scot) was helpful and very courteous. Sad to end the call....

Received a text message to arrange a payment arrangement. Did the online form and then set up with the bank to pay the arrange payment that EPS online system agreed to .
Following doing the first payment I then received several phone calls which luckily my phone it came up as a spam call.
These calls are persistent and regular every day and at different times having anxiety and depression these calls are affecting my mental health wellbeing.
Also several text messages asking for more money than the arranged online payment !
Done 2 payments now and still receiving calls and text messages

Utterly useless i set up a payment agreement with this so called professional company and so far there is nothing good to say as I keep getting calls from them. They are pests if they cannot set things up properly whats the point in them

I paid the balance directly to the original company and the debt was settled in full. Despite this, EP Financial Solutions have continued to contact me for over a month claiming the balance is still outstanding.
I have now informed them twice in writing that the account was settled and provided proof of payment, yet they continue to send messages saying it has not been cleared. This is extremely poor administration and suggests their records are not being updated properly.
Being contacted repeatedly about a debt that no longer exists is stressful and unnecessary. A debt collection agency should at minimum ensure its information is accurate before pursuing people for payment.
Based on my experience, communication has been unprofessional and disorganised, and their internal processes appear seriously out of date. I would strongly advise others to keep clear records and written proof of any payments made if dealing with this company.
