Damaged item not refunded or collection arranged.
Ordered a cat family puzzle. It arrived on 11th July. As soon as I took it out of the Jiffy bag I could see the tail had snapped off. It is still in the clear cellophane unopened. I contacted My Family Puzzle and a confirmation email was received. I was told to go to Shop, the company that My Family Puzzle use to take payments for goods Ordered from them. I selected to return the goods. I have heard nothing from either My Family Puzzle or Shop despite trying to contact them several times. I have resubmitted a form to My Family Puzzle asking for them to provide a label to return the goods or to organise collection from their courier and to arrange a refund for the damaged item, under the consumer rights act 2015. I have not heard a thing. Be warned of the poor customer response from both My Family Puzzle and Shop.
