Extremely inefficient
Extremely inefficient! Misleading and unprofessional! Very poor at returning calls and after 28 days make excuses and do not buy your property! I wouldn't recommend them sadly. I did a better job myself!

Having been messed around by local estate agents trying to win the business and wasting weeks on the market Jason was a breath of fresh air. Straight talking no pressure gave me a price, I had to think about but I’m glad I took it rather than months with the house hanging around on the market and time wasters. I didn’t have to chase up the solicitors for updates the My Fast Sale team pushed it through quickly.

Very Poor Service
Decent offer made for my property, but I did have some questions, and despite email after email, still no answer. Just computer generated letters. Pretty poor service. After a promising start, I totally lost faith in them.

Very Misleading, they are not cash buyers
They will send you a 'Cash Offer' and a form saying it is subject to a visit and make you take off the market with your Estate Agent. After the visit they then contact you to say they can proceed and put it out to investors and ask you to sign in with them (I'm not stupid enough to do this). It isn't a cash offer at all and they have no funds, they are just middle men trying to take you out of the market while they attempt to sell your house. No better than dropping your price with a local Estate Agent, total waist of a week and now I have to put it back on the market.

Hi Sean, I understand another company visited your property but we did not.
The reason we did not was we could not offer a cash price that you would want to go ahead with.
I can see that you had already taken the property off the market but that was not at our request.
Like all cash buying companies we do work with investors as well as buying directly, this works for some clients who have more time and where we have an investor looking to hold the asset. I am sorry we were unable to find an appropriate solution for you on this occasion.
