I absolutely love MyFirstWig

I absolutely love MyFirstWig. I’ve been a loyal customer for about 10 years, and the quality has always been exceptional. Consistently beautiful, reliable, and worth every dime.

The human hair is super soft, honestly feels just like my natural hair. It’s smooth, lightweight, and has a really natural look.

When it comes to security, it stays in place while I’m out and about, which I love. No constant adjusting needed.

I haven’t run into any major issues either. There’s minimal shedding, no bad tangling, and it keeps its softness after multiple wears.

Overall, it’s giving natural, easy, and reliable.

Save your hard earned cash which people want to come and take. I ordered a wig 3 weeks ago it’s not what it looks like in the picture so I sent an email asking how to return the wig they asked me to send pictures then I have sent countless emails to them I have received no replies. This is rude and unexceptable do you think we have money to just give to you guys you give us crap merchandise and we must just accept it. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Save your hard earned money! They sent me a wig that of course was no where near what their online picture looked like. It was sparse, matted, tangled, had VERY VISIBLE patches of 1 inch hairs along the front hair line on both sides of the sparse raggedy bangs, and the wig was thirsty dry and looked used. Their website says easy returns yet they try for 8 days days and SEVERAL emails, over and over again, to try to make you keep their junk or exchange for more of their junk! It was a stressful hassle to continously tell them to just refund my money. AND to top it all off, they make YOU pay to return the JUNK they sent you! Shady rep would only refund the money you pay to ship back their junk, ONLY if you exchange and buy another piece of junk from them! RIDICULOUS!!! I decided to take the "L" and cut my losses and ate the return shipping cost. Don't waste your hard earned money or time.

Not sure if it’s actually human hair wigs they sell

Wig was expensive and labeled as human hair. It feels synthetic and it is not full and is very cheap looking for a $250 wig. I complained to customer service and they did nothing but deactivated my account on the site so I couldn’t leave a review. Very shady business practices and not a place I recommend buying from.

Don’t be fooled

If I could give zero stars, that’s what this fake fraudulent and misleading myfirstwig deserves.

False advertising, extremely poor quality, looks nothing like the image on their website and it is definitely not invisible or melting (lace is hard and very visible) then they refuse to refund the money after posting back the product and providing them with Royal Mail Tracking and evidence that shows they’ve received the return.

Bad service, wrong product

I bought my wig over 6 weeks ago. After 4 weeks I contacted them to find out where it was. I received a reply to say they’d dyed it the wrong colour (it’s synthetic) and sent me a photo. The wig in the photo looked dark brown and nothing like the one in the advert. I replied that my hair was blonde and asked for the one in the advert. Finally received it after 6 weeks and it’s essentially dark brown. Looks no different than the photo they sent which wasn’t what I ordered. Beware any company who makes it really difficult to review them, I’ve now got to waste more time trying to return and hopefully getting a refund. I’d be surprised if I see my money again

Sales Zone Site Doesn’t Honor Delivery Date

I ordered a wig from Myfirstwig Sales Zone and when I tell you how DEEPLY upset I was that I didn’t get the product that I desperately needed, it’s an understatement. I got the runaround not to mention but on their Sale Zone site, you cannot see what you’ve ordered so you have no clue other than the money missing from your account, that they have your order. Customer Service fails to keep honest conversations with you. They told me that I would have my wig by the end of the month and didn’t honor that. My wig should’ve processed in 10 days but I kept getting excuses until finally the last week of February I get an email about their annual days off, I was MAD! No where on their site do they mention annual days off and had they told me that from the beginning when I inquired, I would have retracted my money immediately instead now waiting for almost a week before they return my money back to my bank institute.
I will NEVER order from their Sales Zone site and I would not go to that site to order wigs if I were you!! I am convinced that they were going to rip me off.

I purchased a wig from MyFirstWigMisleading photos – poor quality wig with excessive short hairs…

I purchased a wig from MyFirstWig (model SPE098) for over $500, and unfortunately the quality does not match what they advertise.
The wig came with a huge amount of short hairs sticking up all over the top, making the wig look frizzy, unfinished, and impossible to style smoothly. These are not knot hairs—it's cut hair inside the cap, which completely ruins the look.
The hair shown on the website is silky, smooth and luxurious. What I received was dry, uneven, and full of flyaways, with nowhere near the density or finish they promised.
I own premium human hair extensions that cost far less and look much better than this wig.
I've been working with wigs and extensions for years, and sadly this is one of the most disappointing purchases I've made. The product does not resemble the promotional photos at all.
I do not recommend buying from MyFirstWig.

Firstly my order number is UK668816863 so don’t play with me. Secondly, I order a HUMAN HAIR WIG, advertised as 100% human hair, it is not. It smells like the cheap synthetic wigs you get from Amazon for under 50 bucks. You can feel the hair is not real, it doesn’t sit, smell, move or feel like human hair at all. Tangles extremely easily too. I wouldn’t bother with them, if you do order just be aware you’re paying 300 + for synthetic hair, NOT real human hair like they say.

Absolutely Terrible Service and Quality

I have been waiting 6 months for them to sort my order. They have made it wrong multiple times and then they charged me extra, promising that would solve the problem of matching the hair colour. It did not and I am still waiting for them to sort it and they are still messing me about.

Do NOT order from them. They will take hundreds of pounds of your money and then won't provide the product or service.

NOT human hair

I have been a customer for over 10 years. They are no longer providing human hair! And the hair was either synthetic or chemically died black. Did a bleach strand test and the colour did not even shift! I think they assume if it’s a v part you won’t colour it or just dye it black? Never ordering from them again! Which is a shame because they were my trusted vendor!

Pas de suivi depuis ma commande

Bonjour,
J’ai commandé une Perruque il y 1 semaine de cela. Je n’ai aucuns suivi de mon colis depuis l’achat ni même de numéro de suivi et le mail ne fonctionne quand on souhaite vous écrire du coup ma question est: je me suis faite scam 148€ ou le suivi c’est juste pas ça svp ?
