They are a fraud. I did why not lease it and was told I can do a buy out.. A BIG LIE. Furniture was $999, and I paid a little over $1,000.. now I'm in court because they lied and said they NEVER received payments but my credit card shows different. This place is a complete rip off. I would go to rent a center before here. Furniture quality is poor. I would give them 1/2 of zero Stars. RUN. DON'T DO IT

They horrible and they don't care about the customer. I brought furniture that they would not fix and kept lying about fixing. I would not recommend no one to go there.. Very bad experience certainly..

You have the worse Customer Service and return policy ever. i have a sofa that needed to be serviced and I got the runaround up till this very day. Had I known I would have taken my business elsewhere . No i would not recommend you to anyone

I bought a coffee table in that furniture I payed cash and they took more than a month to give me my table . I have to mention that at the beginning they were so nice with me but when I went to ask for my table they ignored me , they gave me my table because I told them that I want my money back if not I would call the police . I had a really bad experience in that furniture.

I am not pleased all, I have a dining room set that the screws came out , chairs falling apart and the finance company keeps taking out my account way before time which keeps messing up my account. I am also paying for a 5 year warranty but nobody is getting back at me to have these things repaired. I will never get anything else from mecca nor recommend anyone

The sales rep was only interested in the sale. Afterward the financing agent took 2 months to contact me with the details of the agreement. One year later a poorly made $899 bedroom set has now cost me $2371. They purposely did not contact me until 2 months into the contract, to late to retrack. READ THE FINE PRINT. GO WITH SOMEWHERE ELSE.

No warranty, consistently delivered wrong furniture over and over and unreachable when in need of help... I don't recommend

They services suck got my grandma a living room set there on the one on front st and less then a month the leather was tearing apart like if it was not good told them and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Mind you that wasn't the first time we bought something there and they were really unfair.

The customer service was poor,they delivered my bed two days late and the set up was incomplete because my bed had came apart after successfully making payments on time I asked the company if someone could come out and fix the bed, they said someone was coming in three different occasions but no one ever came! I would not recommend them to anyone!!!!
