We’ve had the pleasure of working with My Instore Radio for many years, and I can confidently say they are an outstanding partner. Their team consistently delivers high-quality service, and they truly make our in-store communication seamless and impactful.

Brian does an exceptional job with the recordings we submit—whether it’s promoting events, sharing community impact stories, or highlighting our employment services. We get results every time we call in for support. They make the troubleshooting easy and quickly deliver replacement devices when needed. The web-based platform for monitoring the stations is super easy to use. I couldn't ask for a better support experience.

My In-Store Radio team is a true partner with us!

My In-Store Radio is not a vendor with our organization. In-Store Radio is a true partner! I'm able to brainstorm with Brian and his team on content and options. The team is extremely responsive, even responding back while traveling and during personal time. Their new AI voices and scripting assistance have been a game- changer. I love it! I would recommend In-Store Radio 100%!

We LOVE My Instore Radio

We LOVE My Instore Radio! The customer service that we get is one of the best parts. They are always incredibly fast to respond and always very helpful. This is really a make-it or break-it thing when it comes to anything tech-reliant, so knowing that when we run into any troubles, that they are there to help has been ideal. We also love how easy it is to get commercials made so that we always have that as a quick, easy, and free marketing option. The system is fairly easy to use, and anytime I have questions, I know I'll have an answer quickly. I don't see us ever wanting to go with another company for in-store radio. I cannot more highly recommend them!
