i’m only giving it a two cause the hand fan was what i expected but the hoodie was meant to be a 4XL and is more like a 1XL and the colour are completely different there light pastel pink tones on the photo and it’s come and it’s almost neon with green which is depicted in the photos , feels cheap too

Most of my order was missing from the parcel. The company refunded me for this after picking up my review here.

Love what I ordered!

Excellent quality product - very impressed

I ordered some clothes, as gifts for my friends. They all arrived a size bigger. When I got in touch with their customer service department they wrote "We usually send one size larger because, being Asian sizes, they tend to run smaller than usual." That information wasn't on their website when I purchased the items or as I write this review. I actually took the time to look at the measurements of the clothes and I ordered the correct sizes, so they caused more harm than good.
They offered to exchange the items of course, but I had to wait double the time to get what I ordered.
Also two of the parcels that they sent were delivered at the wrong address. I understand that this is the shipping company's responsibility, but the labels on the parcels were barely visible, as if they had been printed on a printer running low on ink.
The clothes were alright, but nothing special, I was able to find similar designs at other webpages, much cheaper. Like others have said, they were all shipped from China.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend them.

Ordered some nice little coffee cups, I like them a lot.

Great product but it did take a while to arrive. I hadn’t checked delivery times properly so it was a surprise to me but it was on me because the information was there, I just hadn’t read it. Super cute chopsticks were just a bit of a late present!

Items here are marketed as from Japan with good quality - package came from China and items can be found on Taobao at 1/15 the price. Please stay clear.

Edit since business claims they do not know me:

I bought a set of sake cups from here for christmas gift. I paid close to $60 for it. The christmas gift exchange budget was $50.

My recipient received a parcel from China (not Japan) and decided to check taobao for its value, found its sold there for $5. Very embarassing.

I did file a complain and get a refund by destroying the item. However, the fact stands that the items are not ‘quality from Japan’ as the website brands it to be… and I feel prospective customers should know. I wish I knew when I was about to purchase my gift from here - I checked Trustpilot before my purchase and found only good reviews about this website and hence proceeded with my purchase. Turns out bad reviews are flagged as defamatory by the business.
